Lovely friendly welcome when checking in and staff in the restaurant were also cheerful and friendly. The rooms are a little tired but they were clean and a good size. Couple of not so good, no air conditioning, a fan was provided but unfortunately it wasn’t much use. The doors to the rooms aren't soft closing so there is constant banging when people enter/leave rooms. Nice grounds and close to a lovely walk along a disused railway.

Comfortable stay. Our first floor room was on the hot side, air con would have been very welcome compared to the fans provided.

Hotel was average. Due to busy F1 weekend, limited menu in restaurant, which wasn't mentioned when booking. Twin room with bathroom was ok, but tired. Mattress on beds very soft & leaning one way. No air conditioning in room, but fan provided. Room was over looking car park.

The dining experience at Sedgebrook Hall was equally impressive. The on-site restaurant serves a delectable array of dishes, all prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Breakfast was a particular highlight, offering a variety of options from a hearty full English breakfast to lighter continental choices. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and friendly, contributing to a delightful dining atmosphere. One of the standout features of Sedgebrook Hall is its extensive facilities. The fitness center and swimming pool are excellent for those looking to stay and relax

Dirty towel on arrival which was reported but wasn’t replaced. Pool area is dark and miserable. Even the jacuzzi is cold.

Lovely facilitys

Lovely staff on Reception. Very helpful. Great pub a short walk away - Brampton Halt - and The Spencer Arms is a five minute drive from Sedgebrook Hall. Breakfast was amazing too with a cooked option, fruit, yoghurt, porridge, toast, coffee and so much more.

We loved Adam - they're the front of house person and what a welcome! Give Adam a pay rise - your greatest asset. The food is fine - very tasty, basic fayre, and plentiful (nothing fancy). Downfalls? the gym, sauna, swimming pool and hot tub. Super small and not really a 'feature'. Unfortunately this sold the stay for us - so we were really disappointed not to be able to enjoy it as we would have liked to. plus, even when we did get into the hot tub (it was full most of the time), the chlorine stung our eyes too much. And sadly, the pool is tiny.

Average hotel at a fair price. Corridors were dusty and bathrooms look dirty / worn. Breakfast had a very good selection, although the food was average and not very warm. Would stay again if price was as reasonable.

Nice amount of facilities to make you comfortable during your stay. Great rooms with everything you need. Staff all friendly.

Attended a conference. The fuctiin rooms were great, plenty of space, no issues with the equipment or wifi. The meals were lovely and hotel room was very comfortable. Love it that it is dog friendly.

Happy receptionist who greeted me very helpful. Had the pool to myself. Roome very good fornthebprice. Comfy bed and desk. Bar area staffed and prices not too bad for a hotel

Nice hotel but the newer bulidings spoil the effect a bit

Check in was quick and easy. Reception directed me to a side door to save walking all through the hotel. No issues with that but the door to gain entry was very hard to open. Had a code but someone had to help to get in as the door was very stiff and hard to open. Room, even though radiator was on full, was cold. No radiator in bathroom so the one radiator in the bedroom had to cover all. 4 small pots of milk, only lasted 2 cups of tea so could have done with more. Bed very comfortable but as room was generally cold, not enough covers and no spare in cupboards. Lovely surroundings, main building lovely

The hotel was OK but the parking was a long way from the reception. Better signage would have improved this directing cars to drop luggage off before parking. The reception staff were variable, some much more helpful than others. A lot of stairs between areas as hotel seemed to be on several levels. Food was OK but altogether not a place I would go back to

Very clean. Good breakfast but could offer some choice of fresh fruit more than what was on offer. Staff great. Not a great night sleep as pipework makes a noise all night and gutters drip. If they sorted that it would be very good.

The room was fine, clean and comfortable. Gym very poor condition. Treadmill is broken and cross trainer on its last legs. Hot tub out of order.

Fantastic service after wrong stay dates had been inadvertently, booked hotel changed on spot without any fuss whatsoever. Somewhat disappointed that the highlighted leisure facilities had a limit of 18 people.... not much room for over 150 rooms.... Overall great sty.

Every time i Stay over in Northampton its always at the Sedgebrook Hall. At this point the Hotel is like a second home for me now. The scenery is sooting the grounds lush and the facilities top notch. The food is also great. I cant say enough good things about Sedgebrook Hall. I gotta confess sometimes i just check into the hotel because im at peace there. Its a beautiful place 😍.
