Hotel doesn’t have an elevator, we had to carry two heavy bags to the second floor. Rooms are ok.

The hotel was very nice, my complain is about the bathroom...there was some mold on the tiles and ceiling. The bath towels could also be better as well as the sheets.

The new Vilacampos (VCP) airport in the suburbs of Sao Paulo - about 30 miles outside of the city - does not seem to have many facilities nearby. Going to this hotel is an experience as it is firmly within an industrial area. If you were not in a legit taxi you'd think the worst. Not even a sign until you are there. But it is nice enough, rooms clean with great shower, the only problem with the rooms is that the walls are thin. If we had not already been awake, the two guys next to us who were simply talking at normal level would have woke us up. The breakfast buffet is basic, no hot foods but lots of fruit, breads, etc. A tip when checking out - do so early, before the large numbers of workers attending meetings at nearby companies all try to leave at the same time. No shuttle service, taxi was about 30 reais in regular taxi, 45 in executive taxi, arranged by hotel or from airport.

I had to change rooms twice and only found a decent one after seeing three rooms. The first one smells like mold, the second ac does not work and third was fine. People in the reception are confused. They sent a guest to an occupied room and he came back really angry after the embarrassing moment. They took forever to check me in. The guy in the reception was ok but the ladies were angry and rude. After having dinner Ive paid at the reception. The next day they tried to charge me again. Keep your receipts. The hotel is noisy and staff is horrible. Do not stay here.

Close to airport. Easy to get a taxi. Clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay. We would stay there again.

Very utilitarian, basic. But convenient to airport.

Hotel is within 10 minutes or less of the airport. I stayed there on a layover and it worked perfectly. The breakfast was good, the room was old but comfortable. For the price, I can't ask for much more.

Continental breakfast was nice. Room was clean and simple . Nice shower. Tv channels were just local Brazil channels . Nothing close to hotel, only airport.

the hotel didnt exist in our nuvi nor did the address but we managed to find the hotel by accident..or buy luck..very nice hotel ..buffet breakfast was wonderful..room and bathroom were great..definitely a great place to stay..and very close to the hotel for the flight the next morning

Lovely airport hotel, perfect for one night in São Paulo. Only 37-30 real to the airport and back. Hotel has 24 hour room service and a well priced mini bar which overcomes the location. Room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.
