Lovely and cosy on a cold night

Very nice hotel with super friendly staff. We missed breakfast time by about 15 minutes and the staff said “no worries” and made us an excellent breakfast. It is right downtown with large free parking and next door to great shops and bars.

The staff was excellent. Thry helped het my coat dry cleaned, made sure I could find a local shop for tea snacks, my room was kept in excellent shape and they were all very friendly and accommodating

I think breakfast should be standard and included in the price of the room. Basic courtesy. You stay there you should have the option of having a breakfast the following morning without having to pay extra.

Nice hotel, good location, nice breakfast. Our room was very nice. It is unfortunate that it was next to and across from rooms booked by people who were there to party. It was very loud and noisy from 10 pm. Hotel staff asked them to quiet down but noise started again at 2 am and continued till about 5 am.

Awful. Noise all night and shower didn’t work. Waited on service at breakfast and after being ignored for 15/20 mins I decided to leave. Would not recommend

Room 80 was beside hallway doors that made noise all night. The shower was very poor.
Otherwise the hotel is in great location, right in the centre of town. Great parking facilities.

Unfortunately the menu is not great…for example I was served 2 whole uncooked tomatoes with my chicken curry and rice.
We felt the hotel would benefit from a total refurbishment.

the hotel was fine overall.
Dinner on the night i was staying was very good.
Portions were good and the food tasted great.
Staff were friendly and helpful in advising about the local area. Definitely worth going back for another night or two.
Breakfast was good and not complaints.
Overall i would recommend the hotel.

From the moment we entered this wonderful hotel we felt so welcomed I say say enough about how fabulous the staff were.food delicious best breakfast we have ever had . We will be back and we will be recommending this hotel to our friends and family
