Comparable with a Holiday Inn, walkable neighborhood with lots of restaurants to choose from and close to the beach.

The room was basic but good enough for me. The bathroom was very nice with a great power shower! The food was spot on with a great breakfast and good selection in the evening. The issue with the balcony was the only thing to let the hotel down (see photo)

I read other people's reviews, the negative ones are well off. This hotel was above what I hoped it would be for the price. Everything was clean, food was superb and staff extremely friendly. I recommend paying the small extra for a poolside balcony, it was great to watch tennis with a beer during my down time and not overlooked by other hotels.

Booked in to stay just 1 night at this hotel because my flight landed in late. Check in was seamless and the staff were amazing! I didn’t catch her name but she had dark hair with blue tips at the end - she was very nice and bubbly even for 10:30pm at night. Stayed for less than 12 hours since check out was 10am the next morning, however I found the hotel good enough for the price. It’s a very cheap hotel you can’t expect 5 star facilities and quality. Bed was good & so was the bathroom. There is a bar and music area downstairs that does get quite loud but personally I was super tired so knocked out straight away and wasn’t annoyed with the music. Overall had a great experience! :)

It was very expensive for what was offered, facilities exaggerated, very basic breakfast and didn’t enjoy the strict meal / pool times Mostly German partygoers so if you want a relaxing break this is not it

1. Why did I not get a reply to my email? 2. Why was no notice taken of my request for a room with some sunshine? 3 Why was no attempt made to compensate me for lost dinner ( Day 1) or for lost breakfast (Day 7). 4 Why, when the hotel is advised as “ adult only”, were there juveniles running round the hotel corridors at 11 pm at night. I got knocked up from my bed at 10 50 because a juvenile’s towel had landed on my balcony.

The worst hotel I have ever been to. Everything thing was terrible! Noo Iron!! Paid safe box! Noo Parking! Dirty pool! Rude staff! No Fridge(Paid one)! Zero cleanness! The location is soo bad comparing to the other hotel! I’m sorry but never again!

Typical Spanish resort hotel which was fine for our 2 night stay and very good value for money. The hotel appears to cater for mainly older guests and had a full programme of activities at least six days each week. Rooms were basic, but more than adequate and the power shower in the bathroom was superb. The breakfast room tended to be busy, but we always managed to find a table. Breakfast was okay, with a range of cereal, cheese & cold meats, different breads and a range of hot items. The hotel is located towards one end of the resort, maybe a 10 minute walk from the beach. Two pools looked great, with plenty of sun loungers available, but it was too cold to swim on the days of our visit. Overall, the hotel was great value and all our group would happily use again on a future visit.

The hotel is ok. Clean and functional. I just did bed and breakfast and most mornings didn’t even bother going for breakfast. Food was not the best. Generally the hotel is ok, just quite basic. Be prepared for teenagers playing music at all hours and lots of people who don’t know how to gently close a door.

I was really thinking al lot about my review. The staff is really nice and helpful, and the rooms where clean. We got everyday new towels which I liked. Also the hotel bar was good, they made good drinks, which are served in paper cups. What I didn't like, cause of the earth. What I found was really disappointing is that the hotel is charging u for Wifi an extra 24,00€ for 6 days per device. Like for my husband and me we had to pay 48€ for wifi. Which I think is too much. 24€ per room would be ok. But not per device. Also the food was terrible, even the breakfast. First of all it was everyday kidna the same. A lot of fish stuff. Which wasn't good cooked as well. I got once bad diarrhea. The food had no flavor, so that I started eating just fruits and frensh fries, and at the end we gave up to eat at the hotel and started eating out. Which shouldn't happen to often when u actually booked all inclusive. What also sucked is u only got drinks when the bar, restaurant or pool was open. Which is kinds dumb cause at least water u should get water. But no we had to buy that at the store too, so we would have water at night. I'm not sure if I would come back or recommend this hotel, because it was pretty and the staff was really nice. But to many negative points happened.

I suppose this is an okay hotel but the numbers of under 25's males are amazing. They totally outnumbered young girls/ladies by 3 to 1. Saying that we saw no trouble and all young men got along with each other splendidly. Good was more than good and I'm a veggie.

The room was not what we had booked. It was small and had two single beds. The door to the balcony did not lock correctly. At first we were very disappointed, the hotel looks like in needs doing up. However the staff were fantastic and food was good. They have entrainment on each night. We didnt spend much time at the hotel so despite the room we had a good stay.

Shares with sister hotel,hotel Luna and both function well. All staff are hardworking,friendly ,helpful. Rooms are basic but functional, with lots of hot water on tap. You have a choice of dining in either hotels or using their facilities. Arenal is a nice resort which is 15 minutes by Taxi from the Airport. The entire resort is 95% German. Every bar, shop, hotel, and resteraunt cater's for the German tourist. There are also Belgium, and French who regularly frequent the resort. Don't be surprised if you don't hear a British voice for the duration of your stay.

Just needed one night sleep due to late arrival at palma airport. I'm happy that I only booked 1 night. The worse hotel ever! Not a secure place to stay. Drunk people in the street, outside the hotel, on the balconies. Extremly loud, shouting and singing. You can hear everything and the night staff did not do anything about it. I had to call security in the night! Dirt on the balcony Just hotwater in the bathroom. No cold water= You could not wash or shower. Not even flush the toilet. Mould on the wall and bad smell in the room We left as soon as possible in the morning. Never ever going to come back.

There was no hairdryer. Workers at the reception were not polite.
