Very nice area! Hotel very clean, staff was amazing breakfast had great choices and variety, definitely would stay here again.

Great place to stay! They are situated in a wonderful, safe area. Staff was friendly, the room was nice, and everything was incredibly clean. Highly recommend!!

The hotel is set back ftom the busy street. So it was quiet. The premise seemed to be well-maintained. While we didn't partake of most of it, the free breakfast had a decent selection. The bathroom had Dove products. The staff was friendly. The only unfortunate thing was that the bathroom fan was either broken or not installed, though there was a vent in the ceiling. Consequently, the bathroom became very humid, and we became sweaty after a shower. But overall we had a nice visit.

The room was clean and all the paint and walls appeared in good condition. Enough clean towels toilet paper, Dove body wash/shampoo& conditioner well stocked for my stay. Free easy parking lot that was safe. Free breakfast every morning. The breakfast was the carton egg product that was a solid yellow color, or the next day it was omelette with cheese or omelette with chopped bell peppers. Oatmeal. Danish or cinnamon roll. Turkey or pork sausage. Cubed potatoes with some seasoning. Boiled eggs in the mini fridge with carton milk. Two different cold cereals. Several different juices from a machine. I requested a room away from the elevator and it was quiet. 3rd floor ice machine broken but used second and first floor instead. Swimming pool gate that required a room key to open was kept propped open by a rock- it was accessible to people directly from the parking lot so I didn’t use the pool as it wasn’t secure. Keurig machine in the room with 2 coffee pods and two tea bags. Microwave and mini fridge in room. I checked out at 3 am and the desk staff did not know how to print a receipt for a stay that was booked through Travelocity.

I liked the desk clerk's helpful advice on how to find nearby places. I didn't like that the ice machine on the third floor was out of order requiring a tired old man to walk farther than he wanted or expected. Otherwise, everything was good.

The staff was wonderful.

We have stayed at this place before. Good location to meet family. One thing to suggest, is the bathrooms in the main lobby area need to have the toilet bowls cleaned. Use of pumps stone to remove the calcium build up and discolor of bowl.

It was a pleasant stay and a good experience!

Everything was nice, the room was okay. When we went to use the pool it was a disaster!! Bugs all over the bottom and floating on the water. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for days and there were wasps flying around. It was unusable!

Erica, the front desk receptionist was so friendly and helpful. She truly made it an enjoyable stay! I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was also very delicious!

Location

Very nice hotel. Beds comfortable.

It was a decent property, just kind of bland. Breakfast was the same every day (change up the hot food once in a while, or the fruit). Staff was friendly, rooms were kept clean, but the pool area was a bust. Pool was small, area around pool was almost nonexistent, and no where is sit and lounge by the pool. Pool always had debris in it.

The staff is superb, they all take pride in their work and provide excellent customer service

Excellent location at a great price! This hotel is a superb value for size of room and location to northern Oro Valley.

The Holiday Inn Express has a wonderful complimentary breakfast.

Love that it is next to bike path & couple miles from Catalina State Park. I have stayed here several times & will come back.

Great location for us, and the hotel Was nice. Good experience checking in, Jo one at the front desk upon check out, so we left our keys at the front desk with a note with our room number.
