Property is dated but with history. Property itself is well maintained.rioms are small but see first sentence. Otherwise, for price, excellent value. Pleasent staff for sure!

Overall it was pretty good. But the restaurant was only ok. And breakfast the service was non-existent.

The staff were wonderful and gave dining suggestions! We enjoyed our quick trip and will definitely return!

Great area quiet and safe surroundings

There were legit huge rats running around outside when we were talking. Hotel itself was fine but this made me uncomfy

The hotel staff was excellent. Bernadette (2th Floor Maid) was both friendly and helpful and kept our room in perfect condition.

Hospitality was amazing! I asked for new bed sheets and they did a full house keeping 🙂

Lovely hotel. Rooms were clean and good sized. Felt safe in area around hotel. Lots of restaurants. Hotel has a nice lobby and outdoor seating area. Good size pool.

2nd time staying here. Would def stay again

Excellent service

Everything was great except the small bedside table lamp had a pull chain that didn’t work by the first bed. The light bulb had been unscrewed to turn it off. A minor inconvenience. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous!

Check in was great. Very friendly Nd helpful team there. Parking was easy and room was ready, clean and modern. Zero issues with this stay.

Our stay was good it could have been better. Upon check in they asked if I wanted my room cleaned the next day and I said yes. No one came and I didn't get clean towels until I requested them. Overall I would stay again. Another issue was there was hair in the tub which indicates that the housekeeper didn't clean well enough. Also, I had to ask for cookies(lol) not a big deal.

Great location to stay before an early morning flight out of Midway airport. A couple really good Chicago Pizza places right down the street.

Spacious and clean with a friendly staff. The restaurant food was very good.

Only had houskeping one day out of 5 and they only took the trash and gave fresh towels. Had to have an employee monitor the pool and couldnt swim 2 days out of 5 because they didnt have anyone to monitor

First night I stayed at this hotel was good that’s why I gave high score. However I extended my stay housekeeper manager was working at the front desk she checked me out and back into the same room around 8:30am. She did not let the housekeeper know I was a stay over all of my belongings I was told was thrown away by the housekeeper that cleaned the room. A call was placed to the front desk the same housekeeping manager came up apologized however stated the housekeeper did not take my items. The housekeeper that cleaned the room before the manager came up to talk to me she gave me some of my items back after she told me they were thrown away. Horrible staff will not be staying at this property again. I work in hospitality as well for 24 yrs I know items go to lost and found not thrown away. On top of all of that construction was going on a not was placed in the room saying about the noise between the hours 9am to 12pm. This went on well after 6pm.
