The rooms were excellent! Very quiet and clean! The staff were pleasant and very helpful. Food and bar areas were also good! Very enjoyable stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Front desk was helpful. Rooms were roomy and beds were super comfy. Free breakfast was fantastic. Workers around area were very respectful.

My husband and I had an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are polite, and the rooms are immaculate. I would definitely stay here again and I will definitely recommend the Inn to all my family and friends.

Staff was wonderful and welcoming! They had our room ready early. Clean room. It’s about a mile from downtown shopping and restaurants. We found it to be an easy walk in summer. Would like to stay in winter to enjoy the close proximity to skiing.

The hot tub was out of order but they did let us use the facilities at neighboring Tamarac Lodge which was great

Nice and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, the lighting is very strange. All on or all off. Never encountered that situation in other hotels.

We actually really enjoy going to the Inn at Holiday Valley. It is in need of some renovation and TLC, but the management says they're in the process of a three year renovation plan. Hopefully they don't raise their rates to much to cover the cost of the renovation. There's already a lot of vacancies.

Lovely getaway that’s not too far. It’s approx an hour from the Canadian border in Niagara. Super helpful staff at the hotel and at the activities.

Love the quaint vibe this property has, great pool and close to everything in Ellicottville. Room are very out dated but are clean, we had a very dirty room that smells of urine and was wet all the time but we had a nice one last year. We ask to switch rooms but were told a conference was coming in two days so they didn’t want to move us. The view was of a snowblower and a pressure washer but we were told to imagine that we could see the hills. There was no wifi in the room and when asked the front desk told us to go elsewhere to find wifi. Hope the next time we go it’s like last year.

Nice but the room was exceptionally stuffy with no air circulation. You are not able to adjust the temperature in room. Temperature of room likely about 78-80 degrees

Quiet, lots of parking, friendly staff,

The stay was fine, overall, but we were disappointed with the view outside our room. We were first put in room 130, but it looked directly out to a wall. We asked for a view of the mountain, but we were moved to a room with a view of the bottom of the chair lift (and workmen smoking next to it). The room also felt a bit damp (especially the carpet). We were pleasantly suprised by the breakfast.

I was disappointed with the ultimate, overall stay at Inn at Holiday Valley. Day one started with a very poor working A/C unit in a very dated, unimpressive room. We weren't there to stay in the room all day, obviously, so we went about our daily adventures. We went down to the pool area which was also very dated, with lounge chair cushions that could have used being replaced, many moons ago. When I went into the ladies room/changing area, there was zero toilet paper in the stall with a rolled up, used womans hygiene product laying on top of the dispenser. Then, that evening, we realized that the ceiling had leaked water all over one of our suitcases, and looked like the drop ceiling was literally, ready to drop to the floor due to water. I called the front desk at 12:15 am to report the leak, and the nice girl found us another room to evacuate to, which meant gathering all our belongings and dragging them down from the second story to the first floor (there are no elevators at this facility). I reported to the front desk to talk to the building manager and was told "she's in a meeting and because the booking is through Expedia, you'll need to contact expedia for any of your concerns." I requested that the building manager please call me when she was done with her meeting to discuss. Never heard from anyone at Inn at Holiday Valley, and they kept Expedia on hold for an exponential amount of time when expedia attempted to contact the facility, so hear I wait.....

I liked a lot how big the room was. There was a nice large door with patio chairs overlooking trees and golf course. The surrounding area is beautifull and very quiet. The breakfast selection was limited but enough for us. The only issue we noticed was the poor drainage in the bathtub and sinks.

Great summer destination. Lots of outdoor activities in the area. Close to Allegheny State Park too.

Very nice place overall, staff was very welcoming and friendly. The bathroom in our room was kind of gross and in need of repairs. Other then that great stay!

Nice place to stay while visiting Ellicotville. Kind of dated but comfortable and clean.

Only complaint was sauna not working and pool was not vacuumed. Not dirty, just leaves were all over.
