Nice neighbourhood, lots of bars and restaurants, but still calm. The hotel has no cleaning or breakfast. A bit far away from the metro. People in th reception very nice and helpful

They charged us $10 to make the bed every day. We were cold and run out of blankets. They didn’t refill toilet paper and when we asked for it the receptionist was annoyed. The cards kept not working. Maybe the staff is underpaid and are unhappy?

Beautiful property - super clean, great location, super accessible to shops and restaurants, very safe area, very upscale as well. Property was super clean as was the room - very comfortable stay. We did have an issue with them saying the dog was too big but they never specified small dogs only - they allowed us to take the dog up anyway.
They had a private pool on the balcony but unfortunately, it was not heated and it was a rainy cold night so we couldn’t use it if I had known that I wouldn’t have booked it. I thought it was a heated jacuzzi by the photos.

Amazing service from everyone. Big rooms, Great location. A lot of restaurants around around the hotel. It’s not in the most center, 10 min walk from there. but center enough. Great price. Worth the price. I recommend.

This place is disgusting and the staff are incompetent. I booked a two night stay and after the first night I was woken up by several phone calls and a housekeeper who entered the room without knocking while I was nude. I was told I needed to check out or show proof of a two night stay. But it was confirmed when I checked in. Old, ripped towels, yellow sheets, moldy bathrooms, a pool that looks like a green pond… Stay someplace else. Anyplace else.

Generally a very nice place to stay. Good area with good restaurants and bars nearby. The room I was in could have done with a paint refresh, but it was a nice spacious and quite room. The rationing of toilet paper was an inconvenience, and no, I didn't have a problem !

For the money, as an American I found this place affordable for the quality I wanted. Everyone was so nice as many have been in Argentina and the room is pretty much what we expected. Overall my rating is 5 star for a 4 star hotel. I think if the bathrooms were more inviting and they had a few more pieces of furniture in the room, it could be 4.5 but that’d take a lot on their part. 4 is all I really need!

It’s a very nice hotel, love the aesthetic, safe location, so many restaurants within walking distance and overall our stay was great, but let me tell you that the reception staff was AMAZING!!!
We are so thankful for the attention and help they gave us booking events, activities and tours, they were truly wonderful!!

I was impressed by the location and the quality of the hotel and rooms, especially for the cost. There are lots of bakeries and cafes in the vicinity and only a few minutes’ walk from Palermo Soho with bars and restaurants. The majority of the front desk staff were helpful. Very clean property and it was fine for us not to have room keeping every day (there’s an extra charge for that). I’d definitely come back if available in the future. I’d like if there was a breakfast offer

Alejandro was very helpful. It was my first time in Argentina and I felt like home. It's far from most attractions but with Uber you can go anywhere. I took the hop on and off bus and it was cool cuz you visit all the tourist spots. A lot of policeman in the area. I travel by myself and as a woman

I would have rated slightly higher if not for the lack of friendliness from Gabriel at the front desk on our last night. He quoted me a much higher late check-out fee from an earlier conversation with another rep. I asked about why the difference in fees but he just seemed very defensive and couldn’t communicate a sound explanation other than - the other guy did it wrong.
Just left a bad taste in our whole experience (6 nights there)
Wouldn’t be back based on that experience and would rather pay a little more to be closer to all the bars and restaurants next time (about a 15 min walk).

They don't clean your room unless you pay an extra charge. The people at the front desk offer different rates for exchanging money and sometime they wouldn't accept less than $200 to change. The location was great and the room was comfortable.

Great stay at Boutique Suites Palermo. The location is very good, close to restaurants, markets and transportation. The hotel is clean and confortable. The only downside is the lack of breakfast at the place.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. We were able to change money at the hotel at a good rate. The pool, steam room, sauna, and spa were great! And the massages offered at the hotel spa were also excellent!

I stayed 3 nights here and the room was massive, very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location so you can walk to some amazing restaurants and bars. Across the street is a small coffee shop with some of the best coffee I have ever had. I also booked a massage at the hotel spa and it was really great! Very happy and I'll likely return for another stay.
