Unfortunately the pics do not show reality. As soon as you pull up you know you messed up. You sign in at a side window like a gas station. In my case it was 11pm with toddlers in tow and had to be somewhere by 630am we had to stick it out. Room had the appearance of upgrades but had an odor. The bathroom had some sort of red smudges on the wall the bath tub had someones hair in it around the sides. Day 2 after our first event we were able to get back early enough to relax before bed and an early flight. Pool was dirty. Neighbors clearly live on site more like a transition home . No parking night 1. Breakfast starts at 7 so if you have early plans you lose out. I attempt to get my kids ready for bed to find how filthy their feet are from the floors. The rooms curtains didnt cover the windows which was facing the balcony. The lights beemed in the room all night. People yelling and making noise in the parking lot all night.
Some positives are the beds were comfortable, the air worked well, and the room was spacious.

Walkway dirty cigarette butts. Doesn’t look like they swept or cleaned in some time. Trash outside our room was overflowing and never emptied before we left. Swimming pool is basically in the parking lot. With bar fencing around it. At least enclose it for a little privacy.

My wife and i stayed 3 nights our bedding was only changed 1 time all maid did was remake the bed everytime. Also door didnt close securley looked like had been kicked in before worst hotel ive ever stayed in never again

Was horrible. Dogs barking all night. Kids yelling and jumping . Sounds of pounding walls. Huge hole on shower. Leaked horribly was all wet. Cockroaches. Had to change rooms late night when had a flight early in the moring. Didnt offer no discount nor did they offer a future accommodation nothing.

room 405 has a window by front door that needs additional curtain. you can easily see in with the curtains currently being used

The bed sheets were still dirty from the last people. The pillows had burgers and the floors were overly waxed.

The included breakfast is literally just cereal bread milk and coffee, receptionist offered us first or second floor room, we asked for second floor and he gave us first.

Decent hotel. Would recommend. Breakfast was decent. I gave 4 stars because seems like not enough parking for the amount of rooms.

After reading other reviews I almost didn’t book this room but I needed something fast and cheap so I went with it. It’s not perfect but it was decent, clean and perfect for a night if you just need to crash somewhere. If you’re just looking to get some sleep then it’s perfect, if you’re looking for fancy and details then this isn’t the place for you. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Great free breakfast in the morning, good channels on the tv and a nice shower

A lot of weird people on the property we saw police presence on property, we stayed there for 3 days and our room was only clean one time, my grandson feet were black on the bottom on his feet’s just from walking on the floor that means that the only day they cleaned our room the staff did not mop the floor very unfortunately

for the price we paid for 3 nights was not worth it. to start off my family and i were not able to check in until like 3:30-4 when i had did my pre check in at 3. our rooms were not clean floors were beyond dirty my sons feet looked like as if he was walking outside. our room was only cleaned once out of the three days. our towels were not replaced so my husband had to walk down to the front desk to ask for more. and just a few doors down from our room the police had to arrest some lady that was on some stuff. there was a lot of homeless around the area definitely did not feel safe especially since i have a little toddler. sorry but will not book here again

The location is not so great a lot of activity outside people drinking on the stairs and on drugs. The room wasn’t so bad just not very clean white socks were extremely dirty after walking around the floor no carpet just tile and the overall look of the room was not so clean. Gross stains on the bathroom walls and on wall by the bed.

It was very troublesome from the start no remote in the room a big spider in the tub the phone charger outlet not working.The roof dirty I when and spoke with the people at the front desk asked for another room to no avail when to 7/11 at midnight to buy a charger

The room was nice and remodeled, however all night I kept hearing a drip drip drip coming from behind the wall. And the people next to us were fighting yelling and kept banging in the wall. I tried calling the office and the phone was disconnected and didn’t work. I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk, cause my remote didn’t work. The shower had a no pressure and was just a trickle. I felt we paid too much for the quality of the room. I don’t think I’ll ever use this hotel again.

We really enjoyed the spacious of the room and the stay at your inn.

Fine for a place to crash, but if details matter, not for you. My room had an ironing board and no iron, the computer desk chair was patched with black duct tape, and the corner chair had a dark stain on it. In addition, the continental breakfast was dissapointing- while the items available were fine, the breakfast area was a mess and there was no one manning it. most items were near empty when i took my kids down around 0830am and there was no one around to ask for anything.

The property was super dirty, the room was in terrible conditions, floors were dirty, bathtub had hair. Terrible. It was late and I couldn’t find another place to stay at. And they had no other rooms available when asked to change rooms.

Poor breakfast, for example whitout fruit, etc, and the shower whitout force of water too slowly

I paid through your app and the hotel charged my card $279.30 when I should have only paid $50 for deposit.
There was gap between our door and the ground. I watched bugs crawl in and out . People were loud and arguing all night.
The employees argued with me when I showed them proof of what I was charged when I checked in.
I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone.

Stay was good, the room was decent. The staff up front very polite and friendly, I just stayed for a couple days with my partner Pool and hot tub both looked clean! Would definitely say again.

Big sweet it is good but when we live, they didn’t clean our beds. They just leave new towels.

Dirty floors, Broken dresser, not baby safe . No cribs because there not a high end hotel there mediocre . Terrible staff very unprofessional and not knowledgeable about amenities. Manger would leave to meetings instead of helping.
