I have stayed at this hotel for many times. Has always been very satisfied. I must admit that the hotel has to be careful not to neglect maintenance. Have noticed that broken things don’t always get fixed.
This time the service in restaurant Cucina was not very good. Seems to be new not very professional staff. At breakfast you were not offered coffee, you had to “chase” staff and ask even they were standing and not busy with anything. It was different earlier - I don’t see this as particularly positive. Team at reception was really nice - very positive.

I had a suite which was great but underneath was a royal casino that has open 11-05. This means every morning they started to clean the casino and moving furniture so it was imporlssible to get a good sleep more than until 05.00 int he morning.

The original purpose of the buildings was as a 19th century military headquarters and barracks, so the completely renovated buildings form a harmonious whole, with the hotel, resort facilities, restaurants, casino and specialty stores all enclosed by a red brick wall that establishes the location as exclusive but accessible. There are several outstanding restaurants including Cucina which belongs to the hotel. The City Park is five star and deserves every one of them.

The hotel was split over a couple of buildings and it made it interesting to find the correct location and door as it’s not that clear.

Excellent service, super check in - we were upgraded die free, our little daughter got a gift. Rooms are beautiful, we also love the swimming pool and spa area. What's best tough is the neighborhood, the great restaurants and bars around.

I stayed about 6-8 times at this hotel. I am happy for the most part but a couple times I had a handicapped room for no reason and last night there was no heat in the room. It’s was very cold there and the problem could not get fixed.

Hands down, one of the best hotel stays I've had in some time. Service was top notch, the room was great and spacious. The adjacent spa and gym were fantastic with lots of options, and even the location was great. Would 10/10 stay here again.

I really don’t understand how they call themselves 5 star property. They don’t have any solution they don’t even like to finde a solution for the customer. The hotel was in the past one of the best places in Poznan - you can see how badly it can get if you don’t have the right people at the right place. Unfortunately the receptionist can not do anything even She like to help. We didn’t sleep in that property and i will never recommend it to anybody.

So Poznań is fantastic. Beware the old town is a massive building site. This was disappointing but we still loved it and will be great when finished. Hotel is absolutely wonderful, great room, location etc. And many fab Restaurants on site. We had a lovely warm welcome and all was fine until the checkout where despite paying in advance through hotels.com we were told thete was a 600 Złoty surcharge to pay which i queried. The reception staff asked if we have children (we dont), perhaps we ordered an extra bed (why would we ?) Or maybe it was parking (we came on the train). We were told in that case there was no surcharge. No apology or even goodbye. Left us disappointed after such a lovely time.

The twin beds were extremely small in size. When you turn around you can fall off the bed. Pillows were not good. Otherwise it’s a nice place to stay. Very comfortable

Room was very large, including bath. The layout of the hotel was a little confusing at first as it's laid out in a large campus shared with other businesses.

No smart tv in room and bad soundproofing.
If you wish to visit SPA during your stay - it’s better to ask for a room in a main building.

This is a really good hotel. Nice area round about it with great bar and restaurant options. Really well priced.

Lots of dining options. Good location. Rooms are a little awkward as you're above the shops. Gets loud as well with people leaving the restaurant late at night and cars revving in the parking lot.

Have been visiting City Park for years every time we’re in Poznan. First visit this season, got a prototype refurbished room and loved it. Mr Leszek from the reception desk is a champ and always is a great host. See you soon :)
