We only stayed for one night but we thought the staff welcome and service was excellent! Restaurant and bar was great too.

Very old fashioned hotel that has not been updated since the 60'ties. Dirty linnen, spiders in the room, a shower very only tiny drops comes out, not very flexible with check-in. At 170 pounds pr night this hotel is highly over priced. One good thing - free parking

Excellent location. Lovely room with sea view and balcony. Great to have the pool all to ourselves.

Pros: Very helpful team on Reception. Location was great; right next to beach and 25 min near-level walk to Bognor pier. Loved the pool and the option to have a private swim slot in the afternoon. No problem getting a slot that suited us. Nice sea view from room. Comfortable beds and I really liked the little extras for children. Great breakfast in the morning. Cons: limited dinner options for children. We wanted to eat at the hotel but due to the lack of choice, ended up going to the Lobster Pot 2 minutes away (also a great choice, right by the beach). Car park small with no turning area. One parked SUV made it very difficult to exit. We did get a space; if we hadn’t it would have been difficult to park locally. Decor was a little dated but everything was clean and well cared for. Our room was too warm for me but we were able to open the balcony doors and cool it down. Overall very pleasant stay and would return.

This is a little gem in West Sussex. Right on the beach, lovely rooms and pet friendly. I will be back next year.

This is a very nice hotel. There is a pool which is quite small, but it is possible to book the whole pool for half hour slots, which my children loved. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was very nice, I was particularly impressed that kippers were served at breakfast. The coffee at breakfast was very good. The hotel is right on the beach and there are other amenities (fish and chips) quite close. Having said that the area was pretty quiet when we visited, a good place to relax. Visitors with children can get day tickets to Butlins if more child-friendly excitement is required. I plan to return for a longer stay.

Very nice place to stay

Fantastic place to stay. We like the idea of booking a slot for the pool. This avoids overcrowding and gives you some privacy. The food in the restaurant is outstanding both for main meals and breakfast. All the staff are helpful and polite. Being so close to the beach adds to the relaxed atmosphere.

What an amazing find this hotel was. We booked at the last minute and were very lucky that the penthouse was available. It is a wonderful space if travelling with a family. Two separate bedrooms as well as a large living and dining area with a balcony overlooking the beach - incredible. The hotel also has an indoor swimming pool which you can book in 30 minute slots to have it all to yourself. We didn't have dinner in the restaurant but breakfast the next morning was great value for money with cooked and continental options available. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back again in the future!

Amazing , right by the sea and lovely local shops around

The hotel was situated on the seafront, giving a real holiday experience. Blakes Alfresco snack bar was a delightful place to sit and watch the world go by, view the sailing boats, and people watch. The Promenade is lovely and the people were friendly, and provides the perfect place to walk or cycle off the very generous breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is dog friendly too, which was lovely to see. The breakfast menu had a good range of choice, including vegetarian and vegan options. The journey by train was longer than we had anticipated due to there not being a direct route to Bognor Regis. 4 trains that took over 3 hrs, for what is probably a one hour, 30 minute car journey (at most), so I would say check out your travel options as a coach or car may be a better option. Overall we had a lovely experience at the hotel and we would highly recommend the Beachcroft Hotel in Bognor Regis. There is a variety of accommodation to choose from to meet your needs and is good value for money.

Fantastic hotel, lovely staff, great breakfast

Stayed a night for business in the area. Arrived at 7:50pm and after checkin was told that dinner stopped serving at 8pm so I had no time for that. Room was on second floor. No lifts, tight steep stairs and heavy bag meant I nearly did myself a damage getting to room. Would not recommend for anyone with knee issues or back issues. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7:30pm which didn’t work for me as I had to be at my client early so the kitchen made me up a take away continental breakfast which was left at reception (and was delicious and much appreciated). Staff were brilliant, location is lovely for a vacation stay but not for business.

Loved the fact it was right by the Prom. so could walk into Bognor or could just have a lovely walk to the left or right.

We enjoyed 2 nights at Beachcroft Hotel. The room was better than we had expected from the photos. It was quite small but ok for us and there was a nice little balcony facing the sea. Try the scones at the cafe they are sensational! Staff were very friendly and helpful. View and location are great.

I usually enjoy BW Hotels, but this one had too many minor things wrong with the room for me to regard it as good value. Firstly, we specifically asked for twin beds but got a small double. The room was very small. The mattress was too soft. The room was too hot during the night. The shower was hot but had very little pressure. The toilet seat would not stay up easily and did not sit squarely on the base. All little things to be fair, but there were too many of them. The staff were nice, the situation of the hotel is good, and the WiFi worked well. However there were too many small irritations for the hotel to be able to justify the price that was charged.

We booked at the last minute to catch some nice weather. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was good. The room was very clean and had a lovely outdoor area off our room with 2 chairs. Each room can book half an hour swim during off peak hours when not open to public, we felt very spoiled to have it to ourselves. There is information in the room on different walks in the area, it was a pleasant 15 minute walk to the Pier.

A wonderfully relaxing break. Thank you to all the friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. An amazing breakfast in a calm, comfortable setting too.
