Lovely and clean. Nice quiet location. Lots of thoughtful little touches - fresh milk etc. Very comfortable bed. Felt like a private little house.

Location great for visiting university campus .self contained Tesco express just across road.

Clean, comfortable, stylish and reasonably priced accommodation. Useful tea and coffee provisions with a small fridge and a nice touch with a small bottle of milk provided. Free WiFi available with TV and lovely shower room. Lovely fluffy towels too. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The weather!

Due to COVID breakfast was not supplied, however a fridge was available to use and milk had been put in there. Coffee, Tea were supplied and I was informed that a Tesco express was across the road however I was prepared as I had been advised, bowls, plates and utensils were supplied for us too.

Loud music from a neighbour which thankfully didn't go on for hours. Paid for bed & breakfast but was notified when it was too late to cancel and book somewhere else that breakfast was not going to be provided. Never met the hosts as they didn't want any contact.

It was a large bright and airy room, clean and tidy.

I didn't like the fact that there was no breakfast available but understood the reasons. I did think the price included breakfast but not sure if it would have been more if there was food supplied. The owners did say there was a testosterone nearby but with no cooking facilities it was a bit of useless information.

The Wi-Fi didn't work which was my only angst

It was so comfortable, the owners had thought of everything - even providing us with fruit and yoghurt for breakfast even though we had only paid for the room. It was so comfortable and homely. Absolutely exceptional.

The owners have thought of every little detail. Really cute place. Little touches of lots of teas and coffee and hot coffee. Little fridge in room. Comfy clean bed. Little private outdoor space.

Location. Price.

Overuse of airfreshers caused sinus problems = poor sleep. Two in small rooms and only found one to eject. Pond fountain noise meant you couldnt have window open. Thought it would be on timer and stop later on. Needs bigger fridge as no breakfast served.

The location is great with a short walk to the beach front, you can walk into Bognor Regis itself. A couple of places to eat & a supermarket literally across the road means you have everything you need within easy access. The room itself is fairly compact but very comfortable and smelt fresh and clean. The little fridge came in handy as they are not currently offering breakfast due to Covid. Nice to have the option of freshly ground coffee too!
