We have stayed in the Andorra three times previously and they have all been good.The hotel has a great location with clean rooms .

Exceptional service once again from the Andorra with a swift check-in/out process. Fantastic property condition and cleanliness. Highly recommend the Apartments in the Annex Buildings. Breakfast is mediocure with the Churros being the best part! Will be back!

Overpriced! This is a good hotel but we chose it over much cheaper ones because of its location, the air conditioning and heated swimming pool. The location was great, the air conditioning was a fan with a rattle and the pool was freezing. I asked about the pool and was told it was heated by the sun, so didn’t ask about the air conditioning. Technically they are correct a fan could be considered air conditioning and the pool is heated by the sun, but for that level of facilities we could have had a much cheaper hotel. The room could have done with a refurbish. but the maid service was excellent.

The stay was first class from start to finish. We have stayed here a number of times it gets better each time

Enjoyable 10 day stay here. It is a very central location and within a short walk or taxi journey to almost all hotspots in the south of the Island. The hotel is only a 10-15 minute walk away from multiple strips with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. The beach is also only a short walk away. The Superior Apartment is spacious and suited our needs well. The beds are comfortable, the storage is good and the balcony is quite large. The curtains in the room are great and black out the room. One additional touch would be to include dish soap and a scrubber for the dishes as there was none in the apartment. The hotel is very quiet, and the bar/restaurant is quite basic so we headed elsewhere for our evening entertainment. However, the pool and pool bar are very nice and the staff are helpful and friendly. WiFi is free, although you do have to rent the clothing iron. Overall, this was a great place to stay during our holiday and I would recommend it, particularly for its location.

Super cozy hotel with ~150 rooms. Super layout including separate bedroom, living room with kitchenette and bathroom. Exceptional cleaning, never been in a place where everything was cleaned so often. Staff super friendly and helpful. Perfect location very close to sandy beach and restaurants. Very quit in the nighttime. Used hotel parking free of charge.

Not sure where all the positive reviews come from so I am assuming it must be our room which generates this quite negative review. The positive reviews perhaps raised expectations which the reality failed to match. We were in the annexe, room 025, which was like a scene from a 1970s TV show. It was clean and functional, but thats about it. The beds are very hard indeed, and the fridge sounds like an RB211 taking off most of the night. There is no comfort cooling, and so it got very warm at night and just to add a touch of irony we couldnt have the patio doors open as the noisy units, for the cooling to the rest of the hotel, are situated just outside. The room is also next to the service gate so we got the 3am bin/bottle collection, the 7.00am staff arrivals and the 7.30am group staff discussions just outside the room.The pool is nice, NOT heated, and so unusable for most at this time of year. Sunbeds are fine, and plentiful. Breakfast was poor, very little choice, same every morning and if you get down past 9.00am there is generally nowhere to sit. We went elsewhere for breakfast for the last few days. So in all, very average and certainly not a place we would recommend or return to. It may have been the price we paid, the younger age group we are or just bad luck, but if you are in the annexe try and get a move, especially if you are towards the road or service gate. The location is ideal, close to the beach and strip but not too close.

Refurbished 1 bedroom apartment it was very nice. Bed was comfy huge Balcony.plenty sun beds although in January 10.15 before first sun beds get sun however plenty of them.Had breakfast included which was good. Although sausage and bacon was not to my liking. Great position under 5 mins from entertainment and restaurantsOnly 2 things was when booked asked for pool room so would get sun on balcony and late check out. When arrived advised couldn’t get pool room but late checkout should be ok to check 2 days before. Went to reception as advised but said couldn’t get late check out as hotel now full. No curtesy room or showers so had to change in disabled toilet. Would book this hotel again but not if I had a late flight

The location was great , lovely clean accommodation ,staff very pleasant and accommodating . The negative points were, no sun on our balcony At anytime of the day. We booked And paid for our accommodation almost a year in advance after being shown a very sunny apartment , but unfortunately we didn’t stay on that side of the hotel . I wouldn’t recommend staying half board , the food is poor, very meal is cold and bland. The variety is very basic . Breakfasts are ok and passable but the evening meal should be avoided . I would be happy to stay in the Andorra in the future, but only in Apartment (Room only ) on the sunny side Of the hotel .

Very clean friendly staff brilliant accommodation lovely location excellent on the bus route which was great Downside it would have been nice to have a washing machine in the apartment.,most do now On the whole will definitely go to the Andorra again

The one bed apartment was spacious and clean. Housekeeping came in every day to make beds, empty bins and clean. There was a range of English tv channels and the Wi-fi was excellent. The staff were very pleasant and efficient. The property is only a few minutes walk to the main shops and the beaches just beyond that. There is a good supermarket a few minutes away. Also the number 40 airport bus stop at Zentral Centre is very close. We were self catering and appreciated that there was an oven. Most implements were provided, but scissors, a sharp knife and oven gloves would have been useful. The sofa in the lounge was not the most comfortable. Our balcony overlooked a pedestrian way with cafes and one drawback that some people may not like is the quite loud music played in the evenings, but it did finish about 11. Being on a high floor was an advantage, especially as there was a good lift. Apartments nearer the pool would suffer less noise. Overall, we had a very good stay and are thinking of booking for next year.

We have stayed at the Andorra a number of times. We always receive a warm welcome and being smaller than some of the hotels complexes the service and communication is more personal and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed and all the staff are very accommodating. The location is very good for a wide range of restaurants and access to the beach. The only comment we can make about "what we do not not like" is when we have to leave and head home.

Hotel Andorra is a decent hotel located 10 minutes walk from beaches, shops and an array of restaurants. It also boasts free car parking (limited space), and in Playa de Las Americas these days, this is a very good thing. My only real complaint is being scolded on a daily basis by the shower and it's bursts of ridiculously hot water. Hotel Andorra could really do with investing in some more adequate boilers.
