Beautiful spot, rooms need renovation. At the very least the TV and remotes need to work.

Too dirty and not maintained well. There were hairs on the bed when I first opened the blanket. (Oviously not mine) I requested to changed the linens and blanket, but they didn't change. So I asked the front desk for a new set of linen, the staff just brought it to the room and left. I had to make the bed myself. The bathroom is too small and old, the faucet does not work softly. And it seems like water purification is not working properly since the water from the tap tasted salty. And the room is too noisy, every sound from outside is coming in to the room. I do not recommend have foods at the rooftop bar, just have some drinks there, and find other restaurants to have lunch or dinner. The location couldn't be better. It's near the town's plaza. You can find nice restaurants nearby.

Overall good - however reception staff (1 person) needs to listen to guest questions/concerns rather lecturing on policy and talking over the top of them. Other staff members were very polite, accomodating and helpful.

Good hotel! Great view and great place! When I took a shower, I felt the water was a little salty. But I think this is not hotel’s issue, it’s island issue. There is a big road in front of the hotel, so it was a little noisy. It was fine for me, but not good for one of my friends.

The corridors and bathrooms were extremely tired. The bedroom was clean but could do with updating. The staff ignored us at the reception desk and booked in a group of mem in first the pool was beautiful but the attendant refused to get any more towels stating they had all been used.

You walk out the door and you can immediately have shopping and dinning a few steps away. The optional sea views and balcony are so worth the extra money. The downside is the morning buffet was identical every day and after 8 days was tiring and the dinner meal only had two main options.

Hotel was much more rundown than it looks in the pictures and the staff always seemed bothered whenever we had a question. The only perk to staying here was the location.

Very nicely situated with a possible view of the busy harbour. You are right in the middle if the nice part of town with plenty of restaurants and shops just outside the entrance. And far away from the worst tourist traps in the southern parts of the island. Fairly spacious rooms and bathrooms. A bit dated but well maintaned interior. The breakfast buffet could do with a bit more attention such as a toaster, real juice (instead of cheap lemonade), proper tea cups/mugs, cold milk and a bit of variety of youghurts and cereals. No fruit or vegetables available. Add 10€ per nt and the rating would hit the ceiling! And too bad that the roof top only opens during high season.

Lovely sea view balcony on the marina, perfect for walking to everything, shops, restaurants, etc all close by. Lovely large room with all amenities and was serviced every day.

Really great location across from the marina and all the tours in town drop off here first. Staff was very friendly and helpful if you need printing or a cab called.

The location was great, directly at the harbour with lots of restaurants around. You could park directly at the street in front of the hotel for free. Staff was nice and the pool area was clean and with a great view.

Great location WIFI can be better - note dependable if you require it for connection and work purposes.

They stated on Expedia that it was dog friendly but they are not dog friendly but allowed us to stay despite their COVID rules which prevents pets ?!

Excellent hotel in front of port, excellent breakfast and front desk women very attentive and help us with the things we can do. Will stay there again

Friendly staff,great location

The location of the hotel is very good in Zante town. Hotel has a beautifull view to the harbor if you get the sea view room. The staff at the reception were very polite, helpfull and friendly (probably the best point of the hotel) It has been categorized as 4star hotel which is definitely just 3! Breakfast variety was ok, but the coffee taste horrible, and the warm food were everyday cold! Hotel has a roof bar garden and it means when you have a room at 4the floor you wont have calm nights till 1-2 a.m! Also there was a very unpleasant smell from the bathroom which I am not sure if they can do something for it.

It definitely not a 4 star hotel, they might tick the boxes for it, however it is a dated property. Poor breakfast, cleanness, pool was closed on a Sunday, staff weren’t helpful, request a duvet never got it. The only advantage for this property is the location itself that is in town. However I would not recommend as a four star hotel, it is far from that.
