Having been harassed by the hotel for hours for our credit card details so they can charge us for the room before we arrive didn’t exactly raise our expectations for a great stay. We had left our details with Hotels.com as always and the hotel had access to them but this wasn’t enough when we said we are arriving late because of a bad car accident en route

We stayed here with 2 adults and 2 teenagers in a familyroom. All the best for this hotel!!

Our stay at the Kyriad was fairly pleasant. The rooms were clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The biggest issue is that the rooms are absolutely tiny. If you are two people in a double room there is almost no where to put a suitcase. The triple room that we had reserved consisted of a large double bed that took up the entire room and a loft with 2 twin beds at the top of a very tiny little ladder that you had to hike up. If the ladder was down you could not open the bathroom door. The breakfast buffet was mediocre and cost 9 Euros per person as it did not come with the room.

We choose this hotel since it was close to the airport. The staff was excellent. The room was small but clean. Downside was the bed. It sagged in the middle and very uncomfortable for 2 people. Also, we could not find a tc channel like CNN or for some English news. It was all French channels.

It was a great hotel for short term trip

Great location, next to a big supermarket and grocery store. Great view.

Comfy beds room clean big bonus had CNN in English wish the rest of the chain would provide the same. The Kyriad we used in Reims was much better quality so could do with a make over.

The rooms were very small with only the walk area around the bed as free space. No where to unpack your bags. The air conditioner did not work, so we were forced to keep the window open - open onto the noisy function centre below. There is no elevators in the building, so we had to pull our bags up 2 flights of stairs - no help from the staff. Finally, it is in the middle of an industrial area - too far from town to walk and no transport facility available.

very small room, got a smoking room although clearly asked for a non smoking room. Staff very rude when asked for another room, He said we could get out, hmmmm Certainly hope not all Kyriad is like this

Staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble. Very comfy beds Had 2 english speaking channel which was a nice change Flat screen TVs had HDMI input so was able to use with laptop to watch a film.

It was so good, very clean, confortable, we liked this so much.

Description on site is misleading... Hotel next to Motorway and nowhere near town or public transport. Rooms are clean but very basic and very small.

Far from everything in Montpellier. In a very industrial area. You WILL get lost if you are not from Montpellier/south of France. It is really really really confusing and hard to find. It is hidden behind some car dealerships and car stations. No one in Lattes even knows about it. It seems like no one even knows how to get to downtown Montpellier from Lattes. It is impossible with the one way roads. You will end up on the other side of the city. Awful awful awful location, and the receptionists know nothing about the highway A8 or how to use it. All they know is to take exit 31 which they keep mentioning without realizing that the highway only has exit 31 coming in from Nimes and that if we find ourselves past Montpellier, coming from the Barcelona side, there is no exit 31! Which the receptionists all seem to think there is!! Lack of help from a receptionist when we were lost one night on our way home, without cell phones, we had to make a call from the McDonalds at 11pm (which was closing!) and the receptionist was completely useless, telling us to take the highway and exit 31. We took the directions and got on the highway, soon to find out we were heading towards Barcelona. Do not, do not, do not think you are saving on parking by staying here. Just get a hotel in the city.

The room stank, either from smoke or cleaning products (or both), giving me a headache. Also, there was a problem with the WiFi and the receptions staff "solution" was neither acceptable (or, in my case, possible). Of course, the problem was corrected (hours) later... Reception closes from about 10PM to 6AM (many French hotels do this). I'm never staying at any Kyriad property anywhere again. It isn't worth the agrivation.

Clean, comfortable and good service.

Room condition was fine, recently renovated and very clean, just like the pictures show, only much smaller than expected. I would say this is good only for overnight stays. We made a rest stop here as part of a long road trip and it was fine, but wouldn't recommend it under any other circumstances. It's far from Montpellier, and there's nothing to do in the area (industrial complex).
