Hotel was very clean, easy to find, and centrally located (if you want to visit the zoo or other things in Dublin). Staff was excellent. Fitness room clean and well appointed. Bed was comfortable. Shower had surprisingly great water pressure. Altogether great Holiday Inn Express

The staff was so friendly and helpful! The breakfast was yummy and the kids enjoyed the pool!

The bathroom doorknob (on the outside of the bathroom) was loose, and the shower pressure was really low so the shower water came out slowly.

I always look for a hotel with breakfast included. It makes a big difference when traveling . This one is very good with good choices. Beds are good.

Booked this hotel on a whim wanted to take my kids to the zoo thought it would be good time for Labor Day weekend. We checked in great the lady in the front desk super nice friendly even gave reviews about some food places. Until I woke up the next morning to find my car broke. Into the following day! Me and my kids were pretty upset and still distraught but the different staff didn’t seem very apologetic about this misfortune. While I am understanding that this could happen and was told well we have signs on our property that state we’re not responsible for what happens and I was even give. A hard time about staying in my room while waiting for a ride I love 3 hours away and my car was stolen out of there parking lot and had to wait for someone to get me and they were trying to charge me for another day even though I had the room until Monday. I didn’t make a scene of this whole matter but was really upset with how it was handled. I will never be visiting this city again. I’m not one to complain but from the police department to the impound lot to the service at the hotel me and my kids are just extremely traumatized. The police office that took my report was the sweetest man ever though which made up for a lot of this

We traveled with my 95 year old Father We were in the room closest to the breakfast area which was ideal. The staff, food and dining area were a 10 out of 10. We really needed the handicap accessible room, but it was at the complete other end of the long hallway, it was way too far and my Dad couldn’t walk that far. So we chose the other room, but the toilet was very low and there were no handicap railings for him to help himself If the handicap room was near the dining area, it would have been perfect!! The very, very kind staff made the whole trip. Especially the breakfast ladies and 1 gentleman and Pam the desk receptionist that worked 3-11pm She was so amazing and helpful! Thank you Holiday Inn for adding to our beautiful weekend.

The property was very well maintained. As soon as we walked in the door, the air was fresh, no musty smells. The room was very spacious. The couch was clean without stains. The bed was comfortable. Provided refrigerator and microwave in the room. Staff was very friendly and willing to please customers. Breakfast was free and parking was free. The surrounding area of Dublin felt safe and we loved the walking path. I will book a room here again.

Our only complaint was no hot tub.
