I’ve stayed there many times and like it. The only complaint I had this time was the noise from the room above us. I called the front desk the second night at 2 AM because the kids were still running around up there, and the lady at the front desk took care of it and we had no more issues.

The first room assigned wasn’t cleaned at all, and with the tv still on and food on the counters perhaps still occupied. The second room given was upgraded to a suite which was polite of them, but with the stained curtains, linens, and the tiny bugs on the desk, it wasn’t better. Checked in and out within 2 hours and booked somewhere else.

Very comfortable bed, large room, microwave and refrigerator, clean bathroom with good shower, adequate breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, and fitness room and indoor pool.
Negatives are very slow WIFI and small TV with low def. Reminded me of watching TV in the 70’s.

When we checked in, we were informed the elevator was broken and they were waiting on a part. It was 8pm, so no 1st floor rms avail. No discount offered. Only a cancelation & we could go stay somewere else. My roommate's neuropathy made getting to the room a little difficult, but I carried the luggage up on a couple of trips. (No offers of assistance from the hotel staff/mgr). The room itself was just OK. Beds were not up to current hotel comfort standards. Not awful, but I won't be staying here again.

Some construction nearby made it a bit more confusing to access and some areas of the hotel need to be refreshed. Otherwise, it is quiet and convenient.

My complaint is how the whole hotel smelled like Marijuana. There were other guests physically fighting in front of the hotel. Yelling, screaming, and fighting in the hallways at all hours of the night. The front desk worker at 630 in the morning was rude everytime i heard her talk to a guest.

When I booked the room, I booked an accessible room. I arrived after 5;00 pm and was told the room had not been cleaned yet. They put me in another room that was supposed to be a non-smoking and smelled of cigarettes.

Spacious and clean suits, nice and polite staff. It was very nice to stay there. Only one part was not very clean - the stairs. Every time I was using it I got kind of allergy. Behind that part the hotel is very nice.

We bought some items and left it inside our door, after the house keeping came it went missing, the AC was leaking and the floor was wet . The pool area was always wet .

Large groups of people being loud and smoking marijuana right outside the hotel. Dirty bathroom and wet carpet upon arrival.

I was very pleased to get an accessible room. And it was pretty good. I was shocked that it was a bathtub and not a shower though.

Parking lot is TOO small, we parked, got our needed items out of the car and as soon as we started walking through the parking lot, boom gun fire and it ricocheted off a metal pole behind. Not the 1st insane incident at this property. We came out one morning and there was dead body found in the portapotty when the building nearby was being renovated, we've had somebody tried to break into our room twice in the same night, also same night fire alram goes off bc there was a fire in one of the dryers 2 doors down from our room and then someone started banging on our door multiple x's and ran away. ALL extremely irritating. Last time staying in this hotel again. For having the police station not even 10in away this hotel is not safe.

There was no laundry detergent for the whole time we were there, and the key cards were a bit iffy and didn’t always work, but the staff was lovely and it felt safe and secure at all hours. It was extremely comfortable and we loved the adjustable AC

Front desk was nice. The place is situated of the main road and can't bee seen from the road. It is next to some apartment building, which looked a little suspect. Place is dated, but good for 1 night.

The bathroom in my suite was not as clean as I would expect. The room was listed with non-carpet floors but had old carpet and the hallway smelled of pot (weed). Won’t stay again. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was just ok.

And when we pulled up to the hotel doors there was a group of people sitting outside smoking. Not a good look!

The staff tried. They were sweet, but the sheets that I was handed smelled of cigarettes as the manager was just outside smoking. The beds were horrible. The pull out couch you could feel every spring. I had clean sheets when I left, but when I returned to go to bed I had long black hair on my bed. Room occupants can not control the temperature of the room, except the option to turn the fan on or off. The hallways felt like a sauna and unfortunately that level of humidity and temperature creeped into your room. The pool area had an ant issue and when I saw a roach we left. 3 days of no sleep and I am ready for bed and sleep.

It was just an ok stay, upon entering my room in my bathroom there was a dirty towel left on the counter. Once viewing the room the sheet had hair on the bed. The towels was not that clean there was hair in the bathtub. The toilet bowl was not that clean. And the worse part was the manger seem to be racist. I can't say that i will stay at this establishment again or recommend it to anyone.

The furniture in the lobby was stained no one at the front desk for about 30 minutes and there were several people waiting to check in. The room looked nice enough then we went to the bathroom. There was black mold on one wall next to the tub. I did take a picture. The toilet ran all night, so we kept the door shut and for me the mattress was harder than my concrete floor. I even found wet toilet paper on the floor under the sink which I cleaned up. I will not recommend or stay at this location again.
