The place seemed nice in the photos but the room was not at all what i thought. I didn’t stay I got a refund. The ceiling look like it was going to fall in I was not a fan of the mirror over the bed it was not good for me.

You get what you pay for. Decent enough. No bugs or rodents.

I love it here. Always clean and comfortable! Cookout and 711 closes at 12 across the street. And there's a Kroger and Vape shot right next door as well.

Stay was pleasant. Hotel service desk personnel extremely helpful.
However, I do have two issues with Hotels.com!! First, my reservation stated it could be canceled, yet Hotels.com sent 3 notices urging me to get their trip insurance!!
Second, I just received an email asking if I still wanted to schedule a trip to Richmond!! Jeez, maybe Hotels.com should hire competent technical staff to avoid these inconsistencies.

It is an older hotel, but the property is right in a prime area. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was spacious. Super clean and comfortable

I have traveled a lot working in the past two years and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Place is dirty. Trash and graffiti outside. The restaurant is actually closed. Pool is closed. Staff was rude when I checked in. The room was decent (only reason why I stayed). Ppl fighting next door and just hanging all of the place. It looks like a hotel that the city probably use as a shelter on occassion (it just gives that type of vibe just as the ppl that is just hanging out). Feels a little unsafe.

Overall experience was good. Service was great. Room appearance was ok, paint was peeling or cracked in some spots which was unattractive. Pool was closed whole time which was ugh. Great dining areas nearby, really loved First Watch for breakfast.

The person at the front desk in the afternoon / evening was very friendly. There were some guests that made me keep aware of surroundings. The room itself was clean and towels stocked. Housekeeping did a wonderful job. The "dresser" was questionable, the tub / shower could have been a little more organized and straighten. Overall I am okay with the stay.
