I usually stay here when I’m in town, & I can always count on getting the most restful sleep! It is divine. Everything went very well this trip, except for one thing. There is a young girl at the front desk who is rather rude & not helpful! I was shocked. Especially when compared to Carol at the front desk who is so so helpful with anything you could possibly want or need. She’s the best, so ask her if you need something answered

The room smells, pets hairs all over sits and floor. Couch and furnitures old and scratchy. Only 1 chair in the balcony no table, no lock on sliding door. I booked 1 bedroom with kitchen but only 1chair available to sit on the table. Stained on shower floor. Over all dissatisfied with my stay.

I loved my experience at Hyatt House. I came in fresh off a 15 hour work day on an outdoor event and the agent at check in made me feel immediately welcomed. With plentiful free parking, a solid complimentary breakfast, large clean room with super comfy bed, and a great view from my balcony - this place is a 10. I would happily stay here again if attending concerts at nearby Marymoor or Remlinger.

Very clean, free hot breakfast, good amenities. I thought it was free parking, they said it would be $15/day, but they comped it after readying by the description on Hotels.com

The amenities are great, the indoor pool is my favorite. Restaurant is good as well as breakfast and close to all restaurants in Redmond. They also have a bar that you can hang out. The employees are great and attentive.

One of the rooms smelt - the front desk lady was not too happy about us asking to move us but the young man was very helpful.

Three star hotel that's run like a five-star hotel. Staff and breakfast are excellent!! Could be a five-star hotel. With updated non-slip pool/shower tiles and generally old facilities. Otherwise, great hotel!! Also nice part is dog park and River trail behind hotel. River trail goes to downtown Redmond. Nice walk in either direction. Under 15min walk. Nice spot for a walk to Redmond! There for 3 weeks and only saw a couple homeless people. Great job Redmond!

Clean, comfortable, nice bar, nice little kitchens in the room. Complimentary breakfast is very good as well.

What I liked: The hotel was clean, rooms were also clean, very modern and unique decoration. The location is very convenient to most places, Kirkland and Bellevue’s are nice areas around, very quiet and safe. A lot of things to do around. What I didn’t like it: They never said that we needed to pay for the parking. It would’ve been nice to be informed at check in time at least. But not very nice at check out without previous advice. So parking it’s not convenient. Another thing was that the T.V. Was flicking on most channels. Making this impossible to enjoy a show, movie or anything. Also not a good selection of channels. Staff was ok, not the best but not the worst. Lastly, the hot tub was out of order because of maintenance. It’s very unpleasant to find this out at the moment you’re more excited about, there at the pool entrance! If they are promoting a hot tub they should make sure to have it functioning or to advice that it won’t be working during this______ to this______ date. Breakfast was ok, not the best but not the worst.

Very nice hotel, great location right near the river and a nice trail path. Clean, and the free breakfast was excellent. The only downside was the hot tub was closed for maintenance which we only found out about upon arrival. Great suite with patio. Nice, quiet hotel.

We always have a great experience with Hyatt, and this one did not disappoint. Only unfortunate thing was that we couldn’t use the hot tub but we will definitely stay here again:)

When I booked this hotel there was no charge for parking but after checkout I received the emailed receipt and was surprised to see a $15 a day parking fee. The pool needs to be refinished as the surface is sloughing off. Was disappointed the hot tub was not working. Overall we were happy with our room and loved the moody vibes of the premises. The breakfast was good and we appreciated having a store there for meds a a bottle of wine after the bar had closed.

Great hotel!

Overall our stay was average. The room was clean and quiet. We barely heard any noise from other rooms or hallways. The main bed was comfortable, but the pull out couch was terrible. I lied down to test it out and all I could feel was all the springs jamming into my back. Luckily my kids slept on it and they're not heavy enough to notice too much, but I wouldn't recommend for an adult to sleep on it. We were 4 people staying in the room, but we were provided with only 3 towel sets and only one pillow. Maybe the front desk could communicate it better to the housekeeping staff. The hot tub was out of order, which was a major bummer, one of the reasons we chose this property was because they had a hot tub. When asked at the front desk about the tub, the front lady replied "I don't know anything about it, I just got here". The last confusion was that we were advised the parking was $15/night. When I booked this in January I'm pretty sure the ad on Expedia said parking was included, also one of the reasons we chose this property. I thought maybe I was mistaken about it as the booking confirmation doesn't mention anything about parking, but I noticed some prior guests had mentioned free parking before. I don't really care if they changed their policy, but maybe honour the previous bookings. The complementary breakfast was really good. There was a nice variety of drinks and food. The staff working there were really nice.

Met expectations with a couple exceptions: bed is on a platform base with sharp corners that extend out a bit, so both of us hit our legs on those corners several times. Condiments like tea, coffee, salt and pepper packets not all kept in stock; and room had no blanket for sofa bed. I think housekeeping needs a bit more attention to detail.
