Very good hotel about 25 minutes' walk away from the center. Very helpful staff. No problem leaving your luggage for a while before checking in or after checking out. Very nice breakfast with a barista making coffee and a lot of choices. Wifi was strong and reliable. Bed very firm (which I like, though some might not). One little thing was that noise from other rooms or from the hallway was noticeable. (A crying child seemingly stood outside my room early one morning for 15 minutes--not exactly the hotel's fault.) I was not, however, bothered by noise from outside the hotel. Only heard a few ambulances, but not that bad.

Enjoyable stay, booked an hour beforehand to get out of the bad weather. Staff were friendly, room was clean and only a 5 min walk to the town centre. Would stay again if I was in the area.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for one night to visit the town. The hotel is well located and it is only a very short walk to where all the historic buildings and shops are. We had to pay for parking, which was 8 Euros for the night. We were able to leave our car in the carpark till 1pm the following day, which was helpful. The room was a bit on the small side and we were glad to be staying for only night. It was also a ground floor room which wasn't very comfortable as we felt like we were looked in on when we had to open the window. The room was very warm and the aircon did not work. The bathroom was ok, but the shower was very small. Overall it was good based on the location, but I would not stay again.

Very good location, only about 15 on foot to the old city. Parking should be paid extra 7 euro, but it wort. Easy to reach hotel from A4! All at al,l it worth money for accommodation.

The hotel wasn’t that bad but they ended up charging us more on my credit card with no explanation. Even before the additional charge the hotel was a bit expensive for what it was

the hotel was ok, but they were doing some construction and it was very noisy in the room in the mornings.

Lovely staff and could speak English very well. Guided me best on what activities were possible even though I had a short stay there. I would say the rooms were a little too warm even though I turned the air con up to the maximum. Walking distance to nice restaurants. Enjoyed my time! Thank you!

Everything was excellent. Great stay. It IS next to a hospital, so expect ambulance sirens all day if you keep the window open, but I would definitely go back! Highly recommend it!

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Hotel was charming. Although on a busy street, the room was quiet. The hotel is not in the old city but is very close. One problem was that although the Hotels.com website indicated that breakfast was included, an extra 7 euro per person was charged.

This hotel was easy to find We were allowed to check in at 11 am when we arrived, since they had a room available. We did need to use our car to get to the center of town. There must be a hospital near by as we could hear the ambulance sirens passing by, although our room faced thre parking lot. The price was reasonable. We did not have the breakfast for €8.

Nice hotel, but we select economy room. This was a small room. Otherwise nothing bad to say.

A bit far from the train station, but bus or taxi was easy. They were helpful at the desk and we had a good stay.

Hotel is in the immediate vicinity of the hospital and it appears many of hospital patrons and families stay there. It is about 15-20 min walk to the Center and University. Not too many restaurants nearby. Breakfast was great, and you can also get something to drink later in the day from the receptionist. Staff was very friendly, perhaps with one exception when female staff could not be bothered to pinpoint exactly where a public city bus stop was. Wireless was spotty most of the time, good for smartphone but not for serious work online with a laptop. It is easy to get a cab which arrives within 2-3 min. Bathroom very spacious and up to very good standard. However, bed linens/blankets are quite outdated. TV was small but we were not there quite for that so we did not try if it worked well.

The staff was not very friendly or helpful and spoke very limited English. The information given by the hotel on the quality of the breakfast is very misleading. This was one of the worst breakfasts we have had on our 3 week vacation in Italy! Coffee wasn't even included with the breakfast but had to be ordered and paid for separately. The second morning there was no staff available to make coffee or replenish the food. The Internet (which was an extra charge) was through the TV with a keyboard which seems rather arduous and archaic.
