Old dilapidated overpriced but good location

This room is extra large. Extra sitting area with couch and desk. Plus coffee maker. Great air conditioner. Bathroom has a tub plus stall shower. Very nice older hotel. Quiet area. Taxi had to park a few buildings away. Had to pull our bags. There is a lovely patio on the 6 th floor, great view. Close to walking area and harbor. Great museum.

Immaculately clean and comfortable room. Parking included in a safe secure lot. Good breakfast and rooftop view area. Excellent value. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay in Olbia. Staff terrific

The location was fantastic, walking to restaurants and shops were easy. The staff were amazing, so helpful with planning last minute tours. The rooftop was relaxing with incredible views of town. Plenty of choices for breakfast. Got to add that the air conditioning was the best!!!

We stayed in a family room for four. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the room was quiet, spacious and clean and the A/C worked great! I loved the large bathroom and the rainfall shower. The hotel's location was right in the heart of Olbia's shopping and restaurants. The only thing I didn't like was that the parking lot was down the street in a dusty dirt/rock area which was all over the wheels and car. The lot was gated however, when you have a lot of luggage to transport it does make the check in/out rather cumbersome. Overall, the hotel was wonderful and we will definitely come back!

Lovely property but a bit musty

It was a nice hotel with very good location and the staff was friendly but we didn't know that the spa was not free for the customers. We were asked to pay around 35 euros per person for 1.5 hours of spa use. I think it was overpriced and not mentioned on Hotels.com. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety.

It is a nice hotel generally in a great location - directly downtown with restaurants and shops around. What made the stay not so nice is that we had to search for someone during breakfast time to get another coffee. Also generally there were only two people in this hotel who smiled and were very welcoming. With all others you get the impression they are unhappy and it comes across quite unfriendly. The fitness center is not usable - almost everything is very outdated and broken (it is safe to run outside around the port and marina though).

A very pleasant hotel, good location and the parking facilities were most welcome. The breakfast spread was exceptional for Italy and the staff is friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and acquaintances.

I liked the kindness of the staff and management, really helpful and attentive. The hotel is excellently located, in the heart of the town. Breakfast was delicious and the room was always clean. The only thing I missed was a swimming pool

All was great - but the beds were hard.

Room was small, looks like cleaned in s hurry. Missing the essentials things in a bathroom. Breakfast really average with long waiting time as it was forbidden to help ourselves at the buffet. I don’t know if it’s because of the end of the season but service at this hotel is just getting worse every years. Been there since almost every year since 2013 and several times a year.

We only stayed here one night. The location was good, as we needed to be able to walk around town to make the most if our time. The parking lot was a block away. The walk to the hotel was slightly uphill on cobblestone streets, which I labored with, although there was a hotel staff person to help with the luggage. The entrance to the hotel is on a narrow, one-way street, which was not convenient for dropping off luggage. And, because of all the one-way streets in the town, it would have taken 15 minutes to navigate by car back to the parking lot. The room we had was spacious, with a big marble bathroom. The staff was helpful and courteous. A great experience. I wish they’d get rid of those fusty artificial flowers and plants everywhere. Even the flower boxes outside had artificial flowers in them! Gives the place a faded glory vibe.

Good but not great. Room location was poor for outside noise, construction, glass bottles dumped multiple times in the middle of the night. Sound proofing shaky with other guests . Elevator old & weak.
