Just ok, no frills, nickel and dime ya on everything, no self parking, expensive, check in security checked my 14 year old bag thru scanner like at the airport, beach n this area is bad because right where the river does out tons of tree debris, ocean is brown from all the sediments! Place is tranquilo which was nice

Grounds, pool and lobby are very nice. There is no food and bar options. Just one of each. Scanning of luggage upon arrival is aggravating and insulting to the international traveler. And placing a zig zag exit is just annoying. Please create a welcome entrance and exit. Ridiculous set up.

It’s enough you get to know the staff. And they remember you as well. After the mixup with Expedia the front desk was very helpful big hassle with Expedia was the only issue.

Overall the resort is nice. Clean. Good bargain. Great staff. Facilities very clean and updated.
I felt they were a little overbearing with regard to our kids. No jumping into the pool. No running in the kiddie pool. They even called the room when my daughter was sitting on the balcony by herself watching her tablet because there was no adult (balcony is about 1.5 feet outside of door, not true balcony, and I was sitting right inside there). The water system smelled so much of bleach and my skin was so itchy.

The only thing I didn't like is that it didn't have public parking, I had to leave the car and wait 30 minutes to pick it up, that's the only thing I didn't like about that hotel

There are staff that need work on their customer service to be specific the receptionist. I was attended by a man name Oscar and didn't feel welcome what so ever. The other staff were lovely.

The customer service was great. We liked the place. The rooms could use some upgrade. Our sliding door didn’t close all the way and underneath the sink was dirty. It didn’t affect our stay but might consider staying here again because of the rooms

There was lots of construction noise dirt traffic! They promised to move us and every day they had an excuse for keeping us in a room right on the construction! Very bad restaurant on site.

Only complain is that the AC did not cool enough. It reached 21 C at night which was confortable enough but during the day It never came lower than 25 C

I enjoyed the stay because it was quiet and safe. The staff was super nice and helpful. They have games and events at the pool area. The hotel is highly clean.
The only thing that bothered me was the room conditions. A bit old school. The bathtub was already cracked and had some weird stains. The toilet kept running. Unusual for such new area. Nevertheless, I was happy. My daughter and I had a great time. Cute restaurants around the area.

Bell Boys were great, especially Jorge. Joy squad were very entertaining. Manny, Funny, Josie, Luis , Brittney. Older building with lots of charm. Front desk did wonderfully. Just remember your in there country, relax and enjoy a Mexican minute.
