Love staying here. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Always very clean, breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

The customer service was good. However my room I was not impressed. The toilet was not steady, one of their phones in the room did not work. There was gashs through out the walls. Dusty in some areas. I do have photos just in case but I will not post

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The food was excellent. It was nice staying close to the airport and downtown. We didn't have to be around the gambling atmosphere and smoking.

I love this hotel and have stayed there before. But this time they let me down. Over a month before my arrival, I reserved a king size bed and requested a handicap room for my husband. When we arrived, they didn't have either. My husband was not able to take a shower because he can't step into a bathtub, and it didn't have any safety grab bars. Also, this time the food for our breakfast was cold.

Breakfast was surprisingly good. The fruit selection was high quality and fresh and the area was kept well stocked and clean. The room was clean, comfortable and large enough for an adult and 5 kids! The staff was hit or miss as far as friendliness but everyone did their jobs well. I appreciated that the addition of our dog was only $75 for the 3 night stay vs. the $50 per night at the competing hotel. We felt very welcome with our pup, which was especially appreciated. Would recommend heating the pool - it was quite cold, considering the warmth of the room. We would absolutely stay here again when in the area! It's a great value and convenient to Lake Tahoe, Reno, etc. Well done!

Wonderful hotel noted for being quiet and less crowded than all the other resorts in the area. No resort fee, free breakfast, and a small jacuzzi, and indoor pool to enjoy without having to walk half a mile to get there. Will definitely stay again!

Don’t book this hotel if you are looking for a solid night of sleep. Between the highway noise and the loud AC that shuts off and on in such a jarring way, you’ll wake up about every 20 to 30 minutes.

I booked the property because it was “pet friendly” and it was. The problem is Expedia did not tell me there me there was a fee for the pet and neither did the person who checked us in. She did not say a thing to us when checking in. I had no idea there was a $75 fee for the pet until my bill came by email after I was gone! It’s probably in the fine print somewhere but I have never been charged a pet fee before much less $75. There should be something in bold telling me so when I searched for pet friendly lodging.

Overall the stay was fine. We had a few issues. It’s a non-smoking hotel but there was someone smoking on our floor. The hotel tried to find the person. They also sprayed a lot of an odor cleaning spray, which was horrible for my mother in law to breathe. There was some rambunctious kids in the pool who cornered my kids.
However breakfast was good and over all the staff were helpful

My room was never serviced for the three nights I was at the Hotel & the breakfast at this Hyatt Place in Reno, NV was horrible.
I always stay at Hyatt House & Place for the free breakfast, but this one was bad. I called the front desk for a wake up call the morning I left so I wouldn’t miss my Amtrak Train & but that never happened. I mention it at the front desk when I checked out, all I got was a “SORRY ABOUT THAT”. So unconcerned, I could have missed my Train☹️

The staff was very accommodating when we got there at 11 and calling for the shuttle was super easy and fast. The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had! Looking forward to staying here again.

Very comfy bed, nice room with plenty of space. Clean, well designed for comfort.
The very only thing is that that fan for the AC is very loud and right next to the bed. So we had to turn it off and then it got too warm for sleeping.

Enjoy the Hyatt in Reno. Love that it was close to the airport. Breakfast was included and was satisfying. Bed was very comfortable. Carpet needs shampooing as it was dirty and stained. I would stay here again.
