Great view but too bad it’s on M 31.

This hotel is a pit. I’m totally stuffed up and It ruined my vacation. The air conditioner was so filthy. It was blowing allergies and mold into our room. The pictures had a dining room and hot tub. Guess what nope neither were included. I’m so bummed that I didn’t check this out closer. We thought we were staying in Lake Michigan at Bay inn was so gross. I’m confused out what happened here. I will never use Hotels.com again. I refuse to pay 333.

Property had some great updates but was a little on the dirty side. Obvious dust on all the baseboards and only a window ac unit

Completely self check in. Very clean and a nice view of the lake. Had 2 hot tubs and a nice little garden area with gas fire pits. Would recommend this place.

This little boutique hotel was perfect for a night in Petoskey! It’s newly redone, so everything in the rooms is new! We had three different rooms for our family and each room was uniquely decorated with different themes. The view of the water from outside the rooms is also stunning! & can’t forget about the beds, they were SO comfortable! The definitely felt like memory foam. 10/10 would stay there again!

The shower was dripping water and there were two large pieces of tile missing from the shower wall. Other than that, the room was very nice.

Great little cabin and comfortable too! Great view of the Bay as well. Would stay here again.

The room was nice and clean but not worth almost $300 a night. I was under the understanding that there was be breakfast and there was not. There was coffee and tea in the room refrigerator and microwave.

Room Wasnt ready when we got there. No one on site if you need something!!

Retro feel.

Cute little updated boutique motel - comfy beds and very clean overall. We just needed a room for one night and this was perfect. Great location and view of the bay. Our keyless entry code didn’t work when we checked in. But one call to the friendly and helpful offsite staff and we were in.

It is a nice refurbished motel. Clean and modern. It has a nice view of the bay but has a busy road in front of it. The downtown is a 5 minute drive away.

Hotel looks like it is newly redone but we had several major issues with our room. Our major concern was a safety issue. The water in the shower was scalding hot my 12 yo got burned when trying to shower because there was no cold water. It was either scalding or off. There was also tiles(soap dish missing from shower. The bed was very uncomfortable. And there is no ice machine. Ice came from a bucket in a freezer that was frozen together and had to be chopped apart. I would not recommend this hotel.

I already did an evaluation

It was very frustrating trying to find the code to get into the property. The area leqding to the door was filled with dirty leaves and it did not feel safe

The property is perfect if you are just looking for a safe and clean place to stay. It is nice that the rooms are remodeled but knowing that there was no employees at the property felt uncomfortable. I do not think I would stay again. Petoskey is beautiful and quaint and this place does not match the vibe.

Perfect space for a short trip away! Very clean- coffee maker, great bathroom/desk for getting ready for your day & comfy beds! The AC also gets going immediately. Highly suggest it!

We loved the town and loved the studio! Perfect amount of space for us and tucked away for privacy. Would love to stay again 😊

It was a perfect place to stay and easy to get to after the wonderful wedding we attended in Petoskey.
