We stayed at the Hibiscus Villa with a family of 4. Very clean and comfortable. The property is very well maintained. The pool is perfect. The short walk to the private beach was the best. The beach is beautiful with loungers and umbrellas for our use. The water is so clear you could see for miles. We snorkeled right off the beach and found numerous reefs along the way to smith reef. We would highly recommend these villas and will stay there again when we visit Turks and Caicos. Luz (property manager) is the ultimate BEST She was always there to help us or answer questions such a sweetheart. Jose( elite luxury transportation) was awesome. If you don’t rent a car, go with Jose until next time TCI

I would have given 5 stars but office manager wasn’t always accessible. The water would also go in and out at random times so we didn’t have water for showers. I did like that the beach was private and it’s a one minute walk. It was very quiet and secluded in comparison to the resorts. Very clean as well and we had our own pool. Would still highly recommend it. Wish the AC was stronger in the room as well.

First, TCI is beautiful. Our choice of Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas proved to be fantastic! The ocean is just steps away down a private lighted path. Fantastic snorkeling at Smith Reef from shore. The villa was great, clean and had everything we needed. The use of the grills at the pool was great for us when we didn't want to eat out. Great coffee shop and restaurants near by. The grocery store was a 10 minute drive. Everything was so convenient and the on-site manager was fantastic. We can't thank her enough. Wi-Fi was more than adequate as I was able to work remotely without any issues. The villa itself was great! The outdoor patio was great for us to dry our snorkel and scuba gear on. The covered balcony was wonderful to sit out in the morning or evening and enjoy coffee or a late night cocktail. We utilized the full kitchen every day and the A/C was very welcomed. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas.

Our Villa was secluded enough for privacy, yet others were close enough to be able to meet other people. We had all the necessities to be able to cook our own meals. A swimming pool, close by. Large verandas to relax, with an outdoor dinning room. It was air conditioned and had ceiling fans. Our two bedrooms had their own bathrooms. Overall I would recommend the resort to all. And we were a five minute walk to a private beautiful, clean beach. Thanks to management for a wonderful stay.

Very clean, great location, excellent beach very close for snorkling and relaxing. Rent a car so you can go downtown but alot of options within walking distance.

We were pleased with our stay. The Orchid Villa was as pictured and described. The sliding glass door that is only door could use some WD-40 or lubricant of some kind- it gets stuck and can be hard to close especially, with no handle. Private beach was great, as was kayak we used to paddle to Turtle Cove marina right next door. Check in with Luis was easy - just go to your villa. Free parking was convenient and accessible. Highly recommend renting a car! Would/will stay here again. Not at all crowded. Pool we overlooked was used only once or twice by one person. Lots of privacy! Beautiful.

The best part is a beach, very private and close to the Smith’s reef.

The Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas was a nice property that was seemingly off the beaten path but near to where you need to be to experience the beauty of Provo.

This is a true romantic getaway spot within walking distance to the ocean. We stayed 5 days and felt very secluded inside the tropical paradise. The grounds around the area are well taken care off and they have a path to the beach lined in large stones so you don’t need to walk through the thick sand. Ocean is breathtaking and very private with beach chairs set up underneath large umbrellas. I would definitely stay again

My 5 y.o. son and I were thrilllllled with this lodging! We will be back. Luz and her crew were great: always available, ready to help and so pleasant. Our room at Orchid Villas was just right; we had plenty of space and the kitchenette with microwave and other equipment (no stove) was enough for us paired with Mango Reef, Sharkbite and groceries from the IGA. Bicycles, beach toys, pool toys, kayaks for the canal/bay, incredible natural beauty surrounding the villas. Wi_fi, tv. We kept in touch with Jose at Elite taxi service who was also very responsive.

Where to begin…this property was truly AMAZING!! The location was just perfect. It is a gorgeous 2 min walk (at most) to a private section for guests only in Grace Bay Beach one of the area’s best beaches and arguably the best snorkeling (Smith Reef). There are two pools and lovely areas (covered veranda) in front of Magnolia Villa where we stayed. Our accommodations in the villa itself were perfect (2 bedrooms, including a master bedroom), 2 full baths, nice sized open living room (with two fold out couches for sleeping). The kitchen was spacious and was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, etc. we didn’t lack anything. It was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed at. Luz, the house keeper/manager was always there as needed and does a fabulous job. I look forward to coming back. It was just perfect. No complaints at all!

We really enjoyed this resort. There were so many things to do and the rooms were very comfortable. Staff is attentive and friendly!!! This truly is a beautiful place!!!

BE CAREFUL AT THIS PLACE!!! They leave the gates open and have no security. We contacted management because someone was sitting poolside outside our Villa. We sent management and the housekeeper a picture of the guy. Neither could identify the guy. Management said “it might” be security. Management also said security wears all black which the guy wasn’t wearing all black. Management did come out the second day we seen the man. I wouldn’t stay here again it’s unsafe.

The property does not have an office or reception. This was not disclosed until after booking. The owner was good about communicating check in policy after we had contacted him. The Oleander “villa” is one room with a bed and a very small bathroom with tiny shower. Ok for a night, but would not want to spend more time there.

Checkin was non existent. Even after contacting Expedia the day before to get the info all I had was an email and phone number. I called and emailed never heard back. Next day I find the property and no one is there to tell me where I am staying. Several calls to the property with no answer. After finally finding a worker got to my room. Curtains were stained and bathroom was not very clean. I would not recommend

Quiet property near Turtle Cove. You will probably want a rental car or make arrangements for a taxi service to take you places.

Clean Villa with a fully furnished kitchen. Access to kayaks and other outdoor equipment. The beach is a very short walk away as is Smiths Reef where you can a snorkel. Property manager was very attentive and a pleasure to interact with.

Greeting was lovely, friendly and room was immaculate (cleanliness) well equipped, great pool. The only things that were are concern/ would be nice to know before staying - instructions for the tv/ entertainment, was asked for codes to register and use passwords, but none were provided. Also the flashlight provided (great idea) as it gets incredibly dark to leave the villa, had dead batteries so evening walk (after 7 was tricky) - also a warning that everything (restaurants) closes earlier than listed and delivery services stop because slow season meant we missed dinner altogether. There was also supposed to be snorkeling gear - but seems like it was forgotten (we were a last min check is - so understandable ) Did call the offsite manager as we realized all this around 8 pm .. but didn’t hear back that day

The worst place. & they won’t give me a refund. They would rather let me flight there during a hurricane and civil uprest in Haiti!!

The property was clean. They have a mini fridge, a tea kettle, microwave and toaster. Tv and cable is provided. The pool is right outside your door practically. Here's my issue. I was hacked while on their wifi. The hacker logged into my fb acct, posted some pretty distubing garbage, and my acct got shut down within a matter of 5min and now its completley disabled...all while i was sleep. I would recommend NOT using their wifi because this whole ordeal has disrupted my life and now I have to find a new normal. Be careful on these islands. Reality hit hard and fast. As far as the room, it was fine, but this event during my stay completely ruined my last day and even with being more cautious in the future, I wouldn't return back to the island, let alone the villa.

The property was well maintained and the staff was very friendly. The beds in both rooms were not very comfortable and the master bed makes a lot of noise when you get in and out. The bathrooms have very little sink space, space overall, and the toilet is very small. The room was clean and adequate for what we needed but bathrooms and beds were the only complaint.
