Great little hotel with a comfortable room and plenty of space.
The breakfast was great with lots of choice of hot and cold food, and a great view over the bay.
The staff were all very friendly, and reception is 24 hrs which was helpful for a late checkin and early checkout.

Some guests were too loud, and the beds are not the best. But overall a very nice stay, the premises are really clean and nicely arranged, the staff is very competent and nice. the 2 pools are really perfect for kids, and the breakfast offers everything you need. one possible improvement though: the coffee is not the best ;-)

The flat was a good size and the terrace size was great. Even if you face the car park area, it benefits with the peace and quiet rather than noisy traffic etc.
The rooftop pool is great and overall you would be surprised with how much facilities there are, for example in the basement!

Great stay with family and friends. Good location and close to shops, restaurants and ice cream. Two small pools in the hotel great for a chill day. Parking can be tricky at times due to space but we were always lucky enough to find some street parking close then the car park was full.

Amazing service from staff, both swimming pools were very helpful for kids and relaxing at the end of the day. Rooms had everything needed for self catering.

Check-in was hassle free,room clean and ready with good kitchen for snacks or to cook meals.Beds very comfortable but TV very limited. Roof terrace pool a sun trap (maybe a bit cold...) but also a indoor pool.Great location 5mins from shops,restaurants,bars and the sea.

The hotel had lots of amenities, 1 outdoor pool, an indoor pool, gym, restaurant with stunningly veiws. Lovely reception area. The staff were very helpful and pleasant to talk to. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The hotel location is ideal, close to transport connections. All amenities were in great working order. And most importantly, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Situated in a quiet area, close to bus terminal and just a short walk to the main square. Our rooms were made up and fresh towels every two days. Overall nice place for the money we paid

This is a really lovely property within walking distance of the bus station and near to the beach.
The room was clean and of a generous size, the staff were very friendly and accomodating.

We stayed for 5 nights but the apartment wasn’t cleaned or the bedsheets changed at all our whole stay, we were given fresh towels but that was it.
Also the indoor pool wasn’t working the whole time we were there.
The staff were lovely and friendly and the hotel did have a very nice ambience, and it is in a great location

The hotel is perfectly located for the local area of Bugibba.
So many great restaurants within walking distance and the sea is directly across the road.
The hotel was clean and staff were always incredibly friendly despite clearly being stretched. Nothing was too much hassle.

Overall experience is good. Very helpful and friendly people are working in the hotel. Rooms are not very new, but quite spacious and everything's working fine. Property has a nice rooftop swimming pool, umbrellas and a lot of deck chairs around it.

Clean hotel, new room equipment, nice indoor pool (small but great for kids in the winter season).

Arrived at the hotel nearer to mid night met a male receptionist who was friendly. When we got to our room we were surprised at how small the room was for a family of 2 ad and 2 ch, we couldnt swing a cat. Next morning we went for breakfast which was very minimalistic not much on offer. Then we checked out the indoor pool which was freezing cold.
