The night woman was rude and because I was English and did not speak French she was rude and not at all friendly.we had no hot water to shower after 10 hours driving and she told my daughter “ not my problem”. In the morning we talked to the desk lady who was sweet and so easy to talk with. She was shocked about the night clerk. The day lady gave us instructions to the highway and #30hwy which was so helpful.the rooms are old and should be remodeled , my daughter had to get the toilet to flush with a bottle of water. The curtains were broken and would not close all the way without pinning. There was bird poop on our door step and it was hard and stuck on. I would never stay there again. One more thing, must be a Quebecthing, they charge you a “Tip” on your bill and I found the additions on the bill way too much for such a very poor quality room. Never again.

The bed sheets - bottom sheet was not near the bottom of the bed. The seams were uncomfortable for me feet.

Bed was comfortable and pillow selection was great! Staff were bilingual and friendly. Floors and walls in room just needed a more thorough cleaning, but not a problem if you are one to keep your shoes on. All other surfaces were clean. Continental breakfast was also really good. I would book there again.

The hotel was ok, it was quiet and suited our needs. Some areas needed a wipe down, headboard and walls etc. Breakfast was just toast, cereal etc. No juice or baked goods. Curtains not black out, paint peeling on walls and door frame etc. musty/cigarette/weed smell inside since the window was open when we arrived

The lady at the counter was amazing and so friendly. Theroom was clean but the floor felt like it had a film on it like sticky. The breakfast was nothing special but for the price of the stay noone can complain

The property is dated but the staff were all friendly and there is a great grassy spot out around the back of the building for you dog.
