I have trusted Best Western for 40 years and my first time to Drummondville didn’t disappoint. The room was clean and comfortable.

I wasn’t able to park my car near my room, had to keep walking through the lobby to get to the parked car. We could get out to the car through a side door but we had to come in through the lobby.

The bed was very comfortable and roomy!

There was no breakfast included.

I liked the rooms & loved having the Pacini restaurant which we had 4 meals at. Excellent food! Didn’t get to use the pool but will next time.

Was only dissatisfied that our room was not cleaned even though we put our card on the door to clean the room, because we did stay an extra night. So 3 nights in total.

very small bathroom, the bath drain was broken. the gym was the size of a closet and everything was broken and missing parts, only thing that was in good condition was the dumbbells. my card kept disconnecting every day and i found on my last 2 days that they set my keys for 1 night only. very poor experience

The indoor pool was great and the on site pacini was practical with kids.

wish there was a fan in the bathroom

Breakfast included was not on offer. In the past, this has been appreciated and enjoyed. Disappointed it has been discontinued.

no kettle it was difficult to prepare food for the baby with coffee smelling water

it would be nice to have a breakfast included option for travellers who are just staying a night and are leaving early the next day.
