Great stay at Yallingup Forest Chalets, wish we could of stayed longer! Great location, so quiet and peaceful. Beautiful surroundings.... Only criticism would be perhaps the bathroom could use a bit of a makeover with the shower curtains and lack of storage. There were also no breakfast/dinner bowls in the kitchen. Apart from those minor things it was a lovely stay and will hopefully be back to stay again soon!

A disappointing stay due to day-time heat as the overhead fans were not cooling us down. It did not help that the smaller room had NO bug screen so could not be opened for the night to cool off :-(

Very nice place to stay, surrounded by clean air forests. A lot of different activities you can do around the area such as tennis, trailing, hiking or relaxing drink wine with nice view. Very recommended. I’ll definitely back again when going to Yallingup.

Loved the serenity and relative quietness of the area. It was very central for all the places we wanted to visit.

So close to all of the things I love about the region and so quiet. A lovely, neutral, quiet place to stay amidst natural beauty. Would come back for sure.

We enjoyed the feeling of being in the bush but only a short drive from Yallingup and Dunsborough. Kids loved the tennis court and playground (although the trampoline was broken this time). This is our second time here and we’re keen to go back again.

It was nice to be surrounded by nature and the quietness of the night. Enjoyed the short walk trail through the bushes and listening to the animals scurrying about.

I like the way the cabins were well spaced, nestled into the hill and surrounded by trees and native vegetation. Kangaroos and birds were frequently seen. I heard a mopoke owl last night; that was nice. The pool and barbeque area was attractive and well equipped. The beds were comfortable; the carpet and painting seemed new but the kitchen cupboards and bathroom seemed "tired". It's a comfortable family friendly place to stay

Accommodation was really nice and clean, parking was a small problem as we had two vehicles, property could do with some lighting bollards along the road to the chalets, very dark at night.

A fantastic spot for a getaway with my two sons. Central to Dunsborough and the surrounding sites to see and shops, wineries, etc. The chalet was excellent with all we needed being provided and a friendly staff at reception. Our second visit but my boys (24 & 39... that's their ages, not their names! :) ) were clear that this wouldn't be our last visit. Peaceful bush setting that is well away from the neighbouring chalets and you wouldn't know if someone was in the adjoining one! Birdlife and kangaroos at your door. Just a delight!

Very happy with the size of the unit and that we had an adjoining unit with other family members. Water pressure in the showers although adequate, could have been a bit better. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. I would not hesitate to stay again and recommend to friends and other family members.

Great location, close to lots of fun activities, restaurants, wineries. Place was bliss, surrounded by trees and wildlife. Accommodation was perfect for a family, rooms where large, bed where comfy.

Easy and quality

Lovely spacious self contained chalets in the yallingup forest. The chalets are quite private but there can be noise from your neighbours as there is a thin wall separating adjoining chalets. There is soap given but no other toiletries were provided. The facilities are a bit dated but satisfactory to stay while exploring the beautiful region

The property was secluded in the middle of the bush allowing for a relaxing getaway.

Great location amonst peppermint trees. Very quiet and peaceful. Would be better if there was wifi available. The cottage could do with a deep clean, especially under and around the stove, and under the cushions on the lounge.

Great location and entertainment onsite for the family in amongst the forest. The accommodation was excellent, well maintained and set up. Loved the surrounding nature, wildlife and peaceful environment of the forest. The play park, tennis courts and trampoline was good entertainment for the kids although Pool was too cold for this time of year which we did not brave to try. Not far away from Dunsborough, beaches, restraunts and entertainment this location was ideal for an adventure. We will definitely be back, the value for money with fantastic.

2 families with 3 kids stayed there for 3 nights, all if us had a great time around the area. The house was aged but its in good condition, nice and quiet.

We stayed 5 nights at one of the chalets, we enjoyed out stay. Nice and peaceful surroundings with birds come by to see us every morning.

Really peaceful bush setting but close enough to Dunsborough, beaches and other local attractions. Had a wonderful stay.

The chalet, especially the bedrooms side tables were very dusty. Otherwise everything was perfect

The Chalet was so much more than what we expected. We loved being in the middle of the bush and seeing kangaroos everyday.

Away from the hustle and bustle, this retreat is amongst the Yallingup bush (just behind the Ngilgi caves). Each cabin is sufficiently away from the others that there is privacy, however be aware that each cabin is made up of 2 adjoining apartments, so you will likely have neighbours unless you book both sides. Didn't pose a problem for us , although you do hear the neighbours form time to time. The kids loved having the pool (it is pretty basic) and the BBQ facilities are right next to the pool, which is great. It would be good if each cabin had their own small BBQ on the veranda, but it isn't a big issue in my opinion. Facilities were very clean and in good condition. Location is very close to Yallingup, and only 5 mins to Dunsborough, so is good for beach use, as well as wineries etc.

Great location as it's between Dunsoborough & Yallingup so only a very short time required to get to either. (by car) Staff were friendly and the chalets were neat and tidy.
