The property was clean and tidy on arrival, was extremely easy to check in and out. Friendly staff, we loved the pool, were in it most days. Look forward to staying here again in the future.

Lovely place to stay. Very clean. Nice balcony overlooking the bay. Big kitchen. All the dishes pots pans supplied. Personal parking lot. I would go back anytime and stay there. Close to dolphin feeding and grocery store IGA.

Place was very clean and spacious. Had everything you could possibly need. Pitty it wasnt warner to use the pool but fell asleep listening to the water fountain. Heating was very useful and large fridge is always a bonus. Felt like a second home. Only minor gripe if you can call it that. Softer pillows as an option is always a huge plus. Everyone needs to sleep, not everyone likes hard pillows but i still gave full marks on everything because it still deserved it. Price was excellent. The free dvds at the counter is a very thoughtful idea. Thank everyone involved.

Nice little apartment style hotel. Spacious, lovely view of the bay. Close to the Marina, the dolphin Center and the foreshore walk. A lovely little town.

The apartments contained the basics which all worked. The AC arrangements could be better by using a floor standing fan to direct cool air into the main bedroom as there is only one conditioner the living room.There was a hob in the kitchenette but no oven. The fridge was very goodas was the microwave. The kitchen was important as there are not many food places nearby esp. on Sundays.

Great area. Dining close by. Boat ramp close. Covered parking for one vehicle. Parking across the road for boat and car. Great friendly staff.

Loved our stay at Dolphin Waters. Beautiful spot, lots of walking options in the area. Close to some good restaurants. Quiet location, good value for money with friendly helpful staff. Accommodation was clean, comfortable and apartment was well-appointed. Will stay there again when next in the area.

This is about our 5th or 6th visit to Dolphin Waters and they always greet us with a welcoming smile. The only reason we would stay anywhere else in Tin Can Bay would be if Dolphin Waters was fully booked. It has a relaxed atmosphere and is close enough to walk to the dolphin feeding in the mornings- another of my favorite things to do in Tin Can Bay

The kitchenwares and tableware are clean and good conditions. Beds are comfortable. But the ac and dishwasher need to be upgraded to do their jobs properly. Check in and out are both easy by keys drop boxes. There is nothing can’t be complain about location at all. Waterfront and bikeways are just across the road. Dolphins feeding, supermarket and playgrounds all locate within 5 mins drive. We are happy about the stays overall

Its very nice view in front of the river and walking distance in dolphin feeding. For me it needs more gate for security of the kids because near to the road and the backyard near pool and bbq needs a gate coz any people can go inside and kids can go out.

A very beautiful and spacious apartment overlooking the Esplanade and Tin Can Bay. Friendly hosts who would help in any way to make our stay there more enjoyable. The modern apartment contained all mod cons. Would have no hesitation in recommending this property.
