Wow, this is an amazing find for a very fair price! Great location minutes away from metro station (easy 3 stops trip from central train station) and 7 min walk from Vieux (Old) Port. Very classy main building with the reception, bar/restaurant (set menu price 42-52 euros) and a cute garden. Rooms are located in different buildings on the same street. My room was on the small side, but cozy and I slept very well. Staff was exceptional - provided detailed written advice of all places of interest and furthermore gave me a glass of cognac for free when I visited hotel bar!
Elevator is extremely small and with a bad smell.

Well situated hotel with character. Harbour, landmarks and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Staff very welcoming. Room was a little small with just enough room to walk around the bed. Comfortable bed. No safe or cupboard to hang clothes. Great shower but tile grout could do with some cleaning.

Staff fantastic, good location for the Vieux Port but room felt tired and cut off from the main hotel. The multi lingual reception team were excellent and helped with any queries. The main hotel building was lovely and full of character with a shaded garden where breakfast was served.
Our room was located in another building further down the street that lacked the character and amenities of the main building. The room itself felt a bit neglected with large mystery staines on the fabric headboard, a dripping air conditioning vent and a shower that flooded the bathroom floor every time it was used.
Overall a decent stay but I did feel where our room was located made it feel cut off and lacking the positive atmosphere of the main hotel.

Check in office is across the entrance of hotel. The room was filled with bugs and dirty. The room had very tiny beds for young kids and the average adult could not fully sleep comfortable without having their legs stick out of the bed. Our room had a very steep stairs where they had 2 tiny beds as well the stairs were so small and dangerous very easy to fall and get seriously hurt. On the upstairs loft there was a cover that was loose from the exhaust fan where you could hear all the noise and also get in all the cold air at night. Would definitely not recommend, especially families with small children.

The main hotel reception building and courtyard are separate from the accommodation buildings, but that was ok. It was just a 20m walk across the street! We were mainly focused on having some aircon after two weeks without in our holiday house, and this hotel did not disappoint! We were able to walk everywhere as it was conveniently located. The courtyard cage is beautiful and a lovely place to relax in the evening.

We stayed for 4 nights in late July 2024 with 2 adults and 2 kids. The staff and the hotel were excellent! The room was nicely updated and provided excellent space for all of us. The breakfast service each morning was excellent and the staff went above and beyond for the entire stay to make sure we had a great experience. Very easy access to the port area with tons of restaurants, cafes and shops. Getting around Marseille from the hotel was very easy. We will absolutely stay here again on another trip!

This is located in a poor area of Marseille, we felt unsafe walking around and even just standing in front of the hotel waiting for our Uber. The check in process was quick and easy but I was turned off by the attitude of the reception and the surrounding neighborhood. The receptionist was a bit lazy to make a copy of keycard for us (we had 4 people but only asked for 2 keycards). He asked in an agitated tone why we need more than 1 key even though we are only staying one night… would not stay here again especially since the neighborhood was rough. The room itself is decent, it has one big bed and bunk beds that were a bit shaky. There’s free water provided from the water fountain.

Paid for 'superior room' - but with small cardboard cups, 2 teabags, weak AC & 3 pillows (why not 4 for a double bed?)...I'm struggling to see what was 'superior' about it. Did ask for a 4th pillow but it seems 6 hours was not long enough to find an elusive pillow...in a hotel!!

We only have one complaint. We were told at 12:15 PM check in that we could eat in the terrace restaurant in the evening without a reservation. But, when we arrived at 8:45 PM to do so, we were told it was full. There is a special event happening in Marseille and, apparently, they had a rush of guests. It would have been nice to get contacted by the staff to ask if we still wanted to eat there before allowing other guests who arrived later to take all the tables.

The room is small. If you have several luggages, difficult to bring to your room. Most of the rooms are not in the same building as the office. Breakfast buffet is good. Room didn't even have lotion or conditioner. The shower is odd. Every time you take a shower, it splashes and floods the bathroom floor. The hotel location though is excellent. No return trip for us.

The prime location near the Old Port made exploring the city a breeze. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable, and the staff's friendly service made me feel right at home. The delicious buffet style breakfast was great as well. I recommend this charming hotel for a great Marseille experience.
