The hotel staff were so helpful. They gave us suggestions on places in Naples that we wanted to see, and called taxis for us when needed.
The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The daily breakfast was very good. We also loved the rooftop terrace.

The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We were there for a short stay after my friend had her passport stolen by the Napoli Centrale train station earlier that day. It was close to the U.S. Consulate which was why we chose it. The free breakfast was delicious and so were the recommended restaurants in the area. We walked to the cruise port and took a ferry to Capri. Very convenient location and comfortable rooms. I would highly recommend it!

Great centrally located boutique hotel. The staff was amazingly helpful and courteous. Room had all the amenities I was looking for and was a good size. There is a hot tub on the top floor. Amazing balcony breakfast in the morning with exceptional food.

Lovely room. Clean and updated. While we out at dinner there was an odd wind storm. When we got back to the room our room door was ajar. I immediately went to the reception desk and she said it was probably due to the wind. All our belongings were intact.

Nicely updated room. Front desk and staff were very nice. Arranged for take away breakfast bag for early flight departure. Had cab waiting for us for ride to airport. Good location and only a 10 min walk from port. Only stayed one night, but would choose to stay here again if in the area.

Perfect location close to everything but still silent quiet at night. Everything it right at your doorstep. From the moment I arrived I felt welcome. Nicest staff at all times. Surprising great perfect full breakfast. Every detail is covered to make this feel like a high end stay. Rooftop patio is perfect way to relax. For the entire stay to think of any improvements would be to make the hot tub warmer as it’s always cool. But overall incredible experience and I would definitely stay there again anytime.

I cant tell about the hotel because i didnt have the chance to go. My husband had to have a last minute surgery and we had to cancel our entire trip. All the hotels and beach clubs i booked were kind enough to understand the situation and gave our money back. This hotel were the only one that didnt. So i do not recomend and will NEVER book again.

The hotel and the room were fine. The problem was that the hotel starts on the third floor of a building and it is hard to find.

Staff were lovely here and breakfast was delicious. The rooftop was an amazing feature, especially since you get a clear view of Mount Vesuvius. Location was ideal aslo, near the main port with links directly to Sorrento, Ischia etc. Would stay here again if I visit Naples again.

Wonderful staff and clean spacious rooms. Very relaxing people watching out the windows or up on the roof terrace. Note that the elevator is small and sometimes just easier taking the stairs up 4 flights. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future. Nearby supermarket and walking distance to metro, banks, ferry terminal, and restaurants!

Very nice rooms in a clean marble hotel. Top amenities, and the rooftop terrace is petfect for a nightcap with a great view! Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Close to the pier, restaurants and shopping. We recommend this hotel!

Great location while staying in Naples. Close to central district of city. Great staff and service. Arranged 4:00 AM transfer to airport and had breakfast boxes packed for family. We will stay there again.

The property was located in a great location with a beautiful view of the fountain! Plenty of night life, dining and shopping within walking distance, plus the port was a 5 min walk. The roof top balcony was amazing. My only negative was the shower tub was small and hard to close the door for larger guests.

Once we took the lift up to the hotel everything was fine. Very clean and bright and the rooms the same. Good choice for breakfast and the staff very attentive. Good location for restaurants and harbour. Would recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the La Ciliegina which is in the ideal location. Only a few minutes walk to the nearest metro station, and within easy walking distance to the ferry terminal, Spanish Quarter and Old Town.
All hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially in the breakfast room and on reception. Our room was very clean and comfortable. By Italian standards, breakfast was very good.

The hotel is well positioned for exploring by foot, with easy access to nearby shopping strips, tourist destinations and the metro.
It appears there is heated aircondltlonlng but no cooling, so summer would not be very welcoming. We were ok with a wide open large window in early April.
Our room fridge also was not working, this didn’t concern the management, a little disappointing.
On our last visit, we recall a la carte breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Breakfast was this time a small very basic buffet selection, so don’t expect too much.
Our complimentary booking bottle of sparkling wine, was a meagre 200ml “bottle” disappointment.
Overall a pleasant stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at La Ciliegina. Very helpful staff, nice breakfast and neat and tidy rooms. The rooftop with its view is exquisite and the location is ideal for a sightseeing holiday.

We enjoyed our stay, particularly the roof top jacuzzi and prosecco that came with the room we booked. Also they asked us to preorder breakfast and brought it to the room which worked out well for us. Bag storage during the day we checked out was also a nice bonus. Will definitely come back here when in Naples.

The hotel was clean but had a small room for 3 persons.
The vegetables served for breakfast were not fresh and I lost my appetite. Other things were OK.

Convenient location about 150m from the Municipal metro station. Note: Hotel is on 3rd floor and you will need to squeeze into an elevator with your luggage to get to the reception. Staff was friendly and helpful with luggage and welcome. Rooms were clean with nice amenities albeit with very small rectangular windows higher up from floor to let in light ..so not great views, and a couple of skylights in our case. Good shower/bathroom and amenties. Bed could have been a bit more comfortable for my personal preference. Overall happy with th hotel for our one night stay.

Very Good location in central naples. Close to high end shops, tourist attractions, restaurants, metro train station, supermarket, sea. Very clean and spacious. I wish there were more options for breakfast but for a very small hotel it was satisfactory.
