Staff was very helpful. Dinning options were excellent.

Great location if you are exploring Cartagena. Lots of walking but definitely doable and worth it.

The hotel room was very comfortable and clean, the staff sweet and nice, The pool hours is the only one thing can be better by closing a little later ( 7 pm it’s too early)

The good - * Spacious room * Great view of the ocean * Right across the street from the beach * AC worked great * Two pools, and if you don't have an ocean view room there is a sunset observation deck, if you don't just watch it from the beach * Very good breakfast The not great - * Had to ask for a second key card so that the AC would run while we were away * Tiny bathroom * Bed was hard as a rock - felt like a layer of foam on top of a cement slab. Actually woke up sore in the mornings * One electrical outlet cover kept falling off * If the hotel is busy, leave several minutes for the elevator to arrive * The in-house tour agency was significantly more expensive than prices we found on the street Overall, very decent hotel. I would go back, but I also might try renting one of the apartments nearby that you can find at similar prices.

I absolutely loved the hotel. The staff was friendly and kind. The free breakfast options where amazing. Super clean pools, rooms, and housekeeping services everyday… I’ve had the best experience at the Regatta Hotel!!

I like staying in this hotel was contable!!

Terrible. Charged me to allow a friend to come into the building to have lunch. Room key device was broken and I could not enter the room for half a day. When I checked out very early. Monday morning they accused me falsely of damaging the room and smoking in it. They called the police and demanded I pay an additional 1100000 pesos. Extortion Plain and simple.

Nice place to stay!

Getting beach towels is a nightmare. They are never available. Once I was asked to wait at the reception. I was going to the beach so I did not have a shirt on. The manager was upset I did not have a shirt on. I waited for close to 10 minutes for the towel. I had requested it 45 minutes earlier. If they want to avoid this situation, why don't they have the towels ready and available??

Hotel Regatta is a good hotel, especially for someone traveling on somewhat of a budget. The photo on Hotels.com looked the same as in real life. One drawback is that the bed was hard. I made it work, but it could have been more soft. The AC turns off when you leave the room so you have to wait for the space to get cool again each time you come back, but when it gets cold, the room is fine. The free breakfast was ok. All in all, I would stay here again.

Very nice property with very attentive staff

There was construction on top of our head at 7:30 am every morning. When asked the hotel clerks said it would end in 2hours. Not only did it last the whole day but it started back the next days.

This is my 4th stay at hotel regatta, I'm very satisfied with the service here, its in a great location right across the street from the beach ⛱️ it's the only hotel in this area that has a bar/restaurant right on the street , rooms are nice, service is great, around the corner from bars , shopping and restaurants, will definitely be back again

Good location plenty of restaurants convenient via Uber to the old city. Great view in the room but the hotel itself seems like it’s getting ready to be torn down and they are in the last year or two things are definitely crumbling- the staff particularly in the restaurant were very friendly, but unfortunately, we came home one night to find new sheets that had blood stains on them. Other than that, the price was worth it for a great view, space and convenience.

The location was great, across the street was nice beach. Its not the Caribbean beach but the sand was nice and the water wasn't deep right away. I have booked a standard room first i was on thr 17th floor and room was big but old and the bed was very uncomfortable they put 2 double beds together to make a king bed. I changed to the 22nd floor. Room was smaller but it was renovated and had a regular king bed. The breakfast buffet was small not many choices but coffee was great and also the waiter worked very hard. Ok the pools were most disappointing. Very small, more closer to hottub size.

Great hotel

It is located across from the beach. Breakfast was very good everyday. If we were not robbed here it would have been awesome experience but we left wallet in the room and all money disappeared.
