Location is 5 minutes walk to the city center, safe, quiet. You can park just in front (I guess 5 to 7 spots) or near the Post (50 m). Room is fine for a short stay.

On Sundays it is not possible to check in from 1 to 5 pm. In my case they accepted to pull ahead my check in before 1pm, that was great.

Until I asked for my invoice,  everything was good. The person that was today's morning at the reception was extremely rude,  unpolished, and bad character. I expressly asked when I made the booking and also upon my arrival that I needed to have the full invoice with the name, address, and VAT number of my company. She gave me an invoice with data from someone from France, and I'm from Portugal! Maybe it was her own address.  I asked politely for her to correct the invoice for the 2 nights, and by surprise, she told me she couldn't change it! What?? How come?? I asked for the complaint book and she told me the hotel didn't have it. How come?? By law, every establishment must have one. Clearly, this person shouldn't be working with customers at all. She trough at me the invoice! I told her this is no way to treat anyone,  especially a customer. I still don't have the correct invoice details as I asked. I would like to get in touch with the management of this hotel chain, please. Clearly, I won't check in in this hotel ever again.

Good location, a walking distance from the main attractions and free secure parking in the property. The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and, as well as the bathroom was spotless clean.

Quiet, clean and comfortable hotel within easy walking distance to Albi and all the sites. Free parking on site or at nearby large post office parking place. Good value hotel - everything was clean, thr aircon worked well, good wi-fi, comfy beds, many pillows, small fridge at the room, small, but very well equipped bathroom. Breakfast was good, and there is free tea and coffee near reception all day.

A shorter hotel name maybe?

Our stay was great and we used it for an overnight stop only towards our further travels. We did go to the view site on the river of the cathedral and the old bridge and this was thoroughly worth it.

We almost did not get parking.

difficult to find and get access due to city centre deviations, and roads blocked off, for both directional access points to the hotel, took 1 hour to find a route to the hotel.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Offered parking in garage for free for motorcycle. Good choice for breakfast. Good value for money. Good location, short walk into town. Tea and coffee making facilities available in reception.

The bin in our bathroom hadn't been emptied from the previous customer. Toilet smelled of urine. Bathroom needed a bit of tlc

Everything -- it was a very nice stay! Perfect place for a sightseeing stay in Albi.

Quiet, clean and comfortable within easy walking distance to Albi and all the sites.

Parking was limited but thankfully we were able to get parked in the street outside the hotel. Breakfast was just ok, there wasn't much fruit salad left or cold cuts by the time we got down to eat.

Location was good when coming by car so you don't need to drive into Albi. Free parking on site if you get there closer to 3pm - by 6pm the on site parking is full but parking at nearby post office is possible (also popular though). Good value hotel which was clean and the airco worked well. Breakfast was good and there is free tea and coffee near reception all day.

The decor is little faded and dull, but well kept, and the breakfast was fine, The lady on reception was very helpful.

The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and it was good to have a bath. We slept well. A wide variety of food for breakfast.

The room was OK. Comfortable, Staff were helpful.

There was no bar or restaurant and the nearest ones that were open were quite a walk away.
