Convenient for motorway and onward journey
Lack of Aircon, but we didn't realise how hot it was

The price is very attractive. The regional location of the hotel is great - for dining, shopping and wider travel (bus, train, airport, etc.).
The staff are friendly and helpful. The bed was spacious, and the room remained nicely cool in hot temperatures.
For this price, the property will be accommodating (and attractive) to OVERNIGHT travellers, workers, or people in a pickle - but more than one or two nights is not advisable. We were prepared for some "lowered standards", but there were some things that were a shock and unacceptable, even at this price.
Firstly, the staff were friendly and helpful when needed, but there were issues of cleanliness: our bathroom ventilator was broken and we had issues of prolonged steam, and little dead gnats stuck to the ceiling and walls of our bathroom after showering - that were still present after room service. I am not sure what was on the floor / wall, but my handbag has strange sooty, black stains on its side and bottom, so be aware if you value your luggage. The bed was large and clean, but the bedspread had cigarette burns. Many of the guests stand outside their rooms to smoke, and your room will fill with the smell if you open your window for too long.
The noise level of guests that hung outside their rooms was also very annoying, bringing us to another point about the pricing: it can attract some unsavory types. There was a loud, inebriated ruckus that became violent during one of our nights: it came in waves, over the course of 5 or so hours (11 PM to 5 AM), a floor or two above our room. Eventually another guest became involved, we think, and chased one of the men away. The people were gone the next day, and housekeeping had a mess to clean up.
Our biggest shock was the bathroom. With regards to size and features, it was basically what you would find on a train (maybe worse, depending on the train), but with a VERY narrow shower squeezed in the corner. The photos of the bathroom, presented in the property's listing, are taken in a way that hides the fact you have a capsulated, molded bathroom unit installed in the room's corner as an afterthought. We had no idea of this until we were standing inside the room, unfortunately, and we felt misled.

Smell from toilet and shower

Kind staff and cheap price.
As cheap it was, so was the accomodation.
Door could not be closed completely(you can lock it though) and there were sigaret burnt spots in bathroom.
Staffmembers were very kind and wifi worked very well. Enough parkinglots.
Nearby highway, so good connectivity.
Good place to overnight, if you have limited budget.
Door couldn't be closed completely.
Sigaretburnt spots in the bathroom.

Very small room. Bed from one to other side. Very uncomfortable.

location, not too far from the euro tunnel
The”bathroom” was literally a caravan toilet, sink and shower made as one complete plastic unit, absolutely tiny, too small to take a shower, in the corner of an already small room. There is no hanging space for anything, no bedside table or shelf. The only luggage space is above the bed on a rack. There is a tv on the wall and a double bed, with just enough room to walk around it.The building looks and feels industrial, not warm or welcoming. A lot of the guests appeared to be workmen who were there long term.Fine for a late arrival and early departure.

One helpful staff (i wouldn't feel helpful if I had to work in there so credit where it's due)
Room was dirty, coathangers were lying on the floor when i walked in, shower was blocked which means I wasn't able to have a shower, no visible information on breakfast time in room or on receipt from Self Check In which means i missed it (although one staff was kind enough to refund me for this - see above).
No information on how to operate the TV either (took me about 20min until it magically turned on, still don't know how, the remote was unresponsive), and all electricity suddenly turned itself off around 3am when i'd only got in about an hour earlier and wanted to relax before sleep, for instance by watching aforementionned TV or reading a book. Normal procedure to avoid late night noise from other rooms? No need, there was plenty of it anyway thanks to the paper thin walls. Generalised electricity failure? Who knows, clearly no one cared enough to present some sort of explanation for it.
Snacks and drinks selection at vending machines was predictably woeful so no chance of cheering yourself up with a semi decent tipple either. Just to make sure I wouldn't leave with any sort of spring in my step, I was instructed to get out of my room by some good old shouting and banging on my door 5 min before check out time.
Following a very mediocre last experience and another booking not honored but still charged a few months prior, (still haven't had the mental space to look further into that one, too tired from being denied sleep by this hotel chain), that's the end of me staying at a Premiere Classe anywhere. They always catch me with the lowest price but I realise now that i'm better off spending the extra tenner on just about anything else, including a quality pillow to throw in the back of my panel van.
I do not recommend any PC hotel and especially not the Douai Cuincy one, just in case you wondered.
