Excellent location and value for money. Everything you need is available in the apartment, with free parking close-by. And also very important: I had a great night's sleep.
The apartment could benefit from some small updates here and there, but overall no complaints.

Bernard our host picked us up at station, made us welcome, had a good dossier showing where to find things in Ypres. Apartment very spacious, comfortable and close to everything.

Quiet bedroom, comfortable bed, spacious and light open plan kitchen/living room/dining room. Convenient location close to city centre(3 minute walk). Nice modern decor. The free underground car parking space was good to have, as on-street parking outside the apartment is restricted.
Kitchen equipment is a bit random and some utensils not available e.g. bread knife, cheese grater. Some tableware not fully clean- not checked by housekeeping maybe? I'd advise future guests to bring own items such as kitchen towels, bin bags ( if staying more than a couple of days). The sofa is quite hard.

very central no more than 5 mins walk and you were around all the famous attractions
shower was a bit small as I’m tall and broad, but for average person would be fine, more of a me problem than an apartment problem, couldn’t fault it otherwise

The location is excellent, just a 2 minute walk from the centre of town. It is warm and comfortable and quiet.
The greeting was excellent from Bernard’s son and he was very helpful.

It's centrally located with secure underground parking nearby. There is the option to use a badge to park on the road, but its time limited - as are the spaces. The apartment is small, but you have everything that you need. You will need to climb three flights of narrow stairs, though.
Unfortunately, there is very loud road noise as the street outside is cobbled and it feels like you're sitting in the road. The bedroom is in the back with two doors in between so sleeping isn't a problem but sitting in the living room is. The shower is tiny with a homemade shower cubicle made under the eaves. Even at 5ft 10" it was a struggle to use.

The Apartment is bright and airy in excellent condition, it's very close to the centre of town.
The owner is very helpful friendly and flexible, the property has underground parking close by.
If I'm in Ypres again I would stay again for sure.

It is very well located in the middle of the street and there is a supermarket. It has a good location, it is close to the center. The bus is one street away. it was perfect

The service from Bernard, the host, was incredible - he came to make sure we had everything we needed and he made it clear that any problems he would be available. The parking was so useful and very close but secure. The apartment was impecably clean and could not be faulted for comfort and convenience of location.
WiFi was a bit slow. A VERY minor point though as this is an ideal stay for us. We shall be back.

No BBC on tv: a bit unfortunate during the US election D-day 😇. And a bit weird, regarding the 'British heritage' in Ypres.
