The pool area needs more shade .

The location is very convenient. The apartment was clean and included a washing machine / clothes dryer. Great apartments for families.

Great location to visit beach and longer walks. Was walking and bike ride distance from everywhere in bay although some big hills to peddle over

The unit we stayed in was so clean and new.Room was very spacious and very neat. Linen was clean and so were the towels.They have swimming pool with sun beds.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment style accommodation. Wasn’t very busy or crowded which we liked. Check in was friendly and easy. Good amenities inside apartment and parking on site. Pool was supposed to be heated but it didn’t feel like it. Some areas inside the apartment smelled mouldy and unpleasant. However, overall was good value for money.

We arrived around 12pm and asked if we could check in a bit early. We were told we cant check in early despite the apartment been ready for check in. This was very unusual service considering the property was quite on Friday. Then when we actually tecieved the key we walked into the unit the smell was horrible. It had a moldy smell and cleaning products used didnt leave a nice scent at all. The carpet was ripped in the lounge and the unit felt outdated. Overall it was disappointing

The quality of the accommodation was ok. If you don't like breathing in smoke, then this accommodation is not for you. Smoking is allowed in all outdoor areas, including room balconies and courtyards. So when we were in our courtyard, in our rooms with the windows/screen doors open or using the pools, there were constantly breathing in smoke.

We had a fabulous stay here . Well appointed. kitchen with everything you would need . Dining table , little alcove area and the apartment had everything . We were really happy with everything supplied .

Very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. Fans in each bedroom and air-conditioning in the lounge room. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. 2 televisions. Washing machine and tumble dryer as well. 5 minute walk to the beach. Small but adequate pool with small kiddies splash pool. We were very happy with our stay.

Homely ambience, feels like a luxurious vacation home, loved the place and would come again if possible.

Happy with the unit although wifi was very slow and dropped out often. Very convenient to beach, club and Nelson Bay.

Mel in reception was fantastic, we had one small issue that was addressed immediately.

For a last minute stay, the managers Melissa & Michelle were very accomodating allowing and arranging for an apartment to be made available that was pet friendly. We booked in the evening and within the hour the arrangements were made ready for us to check in. For the price we paid, the room was well suited for our small family of 3 and a pet. Self contained unit with everything we needed including a late checkout. Set in a quite location that is only 5 minutes drive away from Port Stephens it was handy and convenient. It definitely would be a place we would stay in again especially in the warmer months so we could enjoy the clean and sunny pool area.

Spacious, lovely furnishing, most comfy bed ever slept in, close to where we wanted to go, larger than expected rooms, everything we needed and more. would definitely recommend to others.

The only thing was the hot water when you ran out it took a hour to reheat

The apartments are in a quiet location, not far from the shops, waterfront and beach. Plenty of scenic walks nearby or many places to explore by car. The apartment was roomy and comfortable. Everything was provided to enjoy our stay here.

Well maintained apartment, supplied with more extras than expected ( eg. Washing powder, dishwashing liquid & dishwasher tabs etc.. quite a walk from town but we discovered a short cut through a lower pathway to Little Beach Boathouse and along the road past it to the end of the esplanade. Lots of bars and restaurants at the marina and an easy walk back ( but if at night you would need a torch). The local club was OK but a bit impersonal. Would happily stay there again.

The property was in a great position, apartment was set out lovely and clean. The downfall for us was the loud noise from apartment above. Not sure if it was a loud movie but it echoed straight into our unit with a loud thumping noise - not very well insulated. This was outside your control but insulation may be considered. Not sure if TV had a sound bar attached but it certainly was loud! Reception greeting was wonderful.

We loved our stay at Beaches Serviced apartments. Room was spacious, clean and had a washing machine and dryer which was handy. The pool was great and the location was great too.
