The room we stayed in seemed a bit older and dated but the staff was amazing. Always greeting us with a smile. Breakfast with a view was a wonderful start to the day. Hotel is near many dining and shopping options. We had a great time!

One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast served every morning. The variety of options was impressive, and the quality was top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the nice coffee and the freshly squeezed orange juice – it was the perfect way to start my day. Now, let's talk about the suite I stayed in. It was cozy and incredibly well-distributed, making the most of the available space. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. However, I did find the pillows to be a bit on the hard side. It would be fantastic if they could provide an extra pillow that's on the softer side, as I think many guests would highly appreciate that. Overall, I want to express my gratitude for making my stay at the hotel such a pleasant one. It was a memorable experience, and I truly enjoyed every moment of it. I love the location , it has all the shopping and great restaurants walking distance . They have great laundry services and the staff is very friendly .

The room was clean. At firt impression the neighborhood looked rundown But at night there's a lot of action and restaurants with in walking distance on 10 ave. I saw security officers in every other corner.

Perfect Hotel.if you are on a low budget, walking distance from oarqie Lleras. Breakfast is not so good, but it was ok for my short trip

I love the property the bed and pillow was so comfortable. It’s a perfect place for a small family. It has microwave, stove refrigerator. The shower was the best out of everything

This hotel is clena an conveniently located. My only issue is that the Wifi connection was horrible. I could barely access it, and when I did, it would kick me off again. Another recommendation is to be able to order breakfast to your room, as well as, if the hours would extend to 11am.

Room where good but the bathroom small.

I wouldn't book this hotel if I knew I was going to hear everything the people does next doors, and the windows are not designed to avoid the noise from the street. El Poblado is pretty much 24/7 busy area, never sleeps. Not bad, but people should be able to have a quiet time in their rooms.
