Absolutely beautiful place to stay with killer staff, location and breakfast. Our room was huge, clean and comfortable. Absolutely stay here if you have a chance! One of our best stays ever.

The three people at front desk were amazing ! Very helpful and accommodating. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Lucretia , Francesco and Cosmo . The breakfast was amazing, with in house fresh baked pastries and food. Thank Carmela . You were wonderful. Also the rooms were exceptional, clean and the ladies amazing very trustworthy and impeccable, thank you Rosalea and the other lady (I’m sorry I forgot her name but she was exceptional too). I would highly recommend this property !! We will definitely return !!!

The front desk people were great, the transport back and forth to our car was excellent. The hotel is in the historic district so interesting design but we like d that, the only issues the room was a little cold, bathroom and as a little tight with no place to put toiletries, the morning breakfast was not very good cold eggs white toast not very good, coffee was good though. The location is very good to me all around the main plaza and church. The good part of Ostuni we used it to do day trips which worked well. Our favorite Metera if we had know how beautiful and special this city is we would recommend 2 nights there instead.

The room was cold however thanks to Francesco,he provided us a heater.If you don’t have car it is a little bit difficult to arrive the city center.On our way back to train station Francesco gave us a ride.The other guy didn’t propose to pick us up from the train station although he knew our arrival details.This made me upset.Thanks Francesco for your hospitality

The breakfast is done in house, and is very very good. Local cakes and baked goods with authentic tomatoes and zucchinis

The most stunning location in Ostuni and close proximity to all the gorgeous restaurants & hidden gems.
Lovely breakfast and great air conditioning to come to after a hot day strolling around.
The only downside was the pillows being rock solid and not comfortable at all and the staff not being aware of the bus times and locations as they only run a few times a day to the beach. :)

Flight delays meant staff had to stay late for our check-in including collecting us from off-site parking. This was the start of excellent service throughout our stay. Never a problem when shuttling us back and forward and fantastic recommendations for our dinner each night and booked for us. Fantastic location in Ostuni old town.

Would definitely stay again, the staff was very friendly and facilities was clean and spacious. The breakfast was also very good as well. You get some great views at the top of the balcony.

It's a lovely place near centre of town,they gave us a lovely room overlooking the town, its easy to walk everywhere from hotel to the attractions. Ostuni is a wonderful small village..

The hotel was lovely and located right in the heart of the old city. Rooms were very clean. Service friendly. Offered a delicious breakfast. Was a lovely outside patio to sit at and some common areas for relaxing.

Excellent location in a quiet street just a few steps from the town. We received a welcome reception from friendly staff. A lovely room in a traditional old style building with grand features adding real character. The Room was very clean and comfortable with excellent shower and WiFi. Breakfast was set out in the traditional buffet style with the added bonus of eggs cooked to order. Outdoor terraces on each floor and lounge areas to relax in. All in all this is a great hotel in an old beautifully restored building yet providing all that is required in terms of services. We we delighted to have stayed here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ostuni.

Our stay was exceptional as my husband is unwell the staff responded to that and could not have done anymore to make us feel welcome and comfortable, we would stay there again without any concerns.

Hotel had to book us in another hoel because of air conditioning problem, but the staff were so accommodation regardless. Front desk were so friendly and helpful. Hopefully we can stay in Hotel for full stay on another visit.

Only stayed one night but would have stayed longer if we hand't been moving on. It was a little disconcerting that we couldn't use the bar as there was a photo shoot going on at the time.

As one of only 2 guests, in winter, hotel,was almost closed so,unable to show itself at its summer best. Staff absolutely excellent nevertheless
