It was clean and conveniently placed.

Key cards didn’t work. Everything was under construction and no pool due to it being redone. We were not informed before our arrival that there was no pool.

Needs major updating, the rooms are updated, the bed was comfortable, just needs a nice facelift.

The front office manager, An̈gie, was so unhelpful and truly made my stay miserable, then̈ she made me feel as tĥough I was irate and put of control às a response to my pointing out her unprofessionàlism which was the direct cause for her to refuse and promptly end my rebooking another night stay at the hotel. I even explained that the fact I was overcharged by the hotel, which I went over with another front desk clerk upon realizing the overages, had left me with very little money to work with until I was paid tomorrow, so it wouldve been nice not to have to worry about another security deposit by having to switch hotels, but she didnt care, she said she thought it was bèst I made other accommodations. Thankfully, just as she was tossing me out for being all unreasonable or out of control, which I assure you, I wasnt, but just yhen, as I was trying to understand why I was being thrown out for simply trying to point out how she could've mentioned there was an ATM machine the other day I was trying to add a tip to my debit card for the housekeeping staff, my brother sent me $500 so I could come stay here at this hotel Im at now. Otherwise, your office manager was going to toss me on the street for my being upset about being overcharged, and then pointing out how rude and unwilling to assist me throughout my stay there she was and asking why she couldn't have told me I could use the ATM there right around the corner when I mentioned I would stop at one for tip cash after wor

The online check-in process was user-friendly and efficient. The staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and professionalism throughout our stay. While we had initially chosen this hotel due to its advertised pool, we were disappointed to learn upon arrival that the pool was out of service due to ongoing renovations. The room we were assigned was spacious, however, our understanding of a kitchenette typically includes a mini-fridge, microwave, and at least a two-burner stove. In this case, the kitchenette only had a mini-fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, which seemed incongruous. Regarding cleanliness, we encountered a significant amount of dirt on the floor, but the rest of the room was impeccably clean. The pull-out bed and the main bed were both comfortable and provided a restful sleep. The hotel's proximity to various beaches and restaurants was convenient, although it is worth noting that many restaurants in the area have early closing times. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, we believe that some form of compensation, such as a partial refund or an additional night's stay, would have been appropriate to mitigate the inconvenience caused by the lack of pool access. One particularly concerning issue was the presence of dog feces on the sidewalk and "grass" turf leading to the gym. This posed a health and safety hazard and detracted from the overall cleanliness of the property. Because of the great staff we will stay again.

It was a good option for our 24 hour stay. Unfortunately, remodeling the pool (which they informed us prior to visit) but it looks like the renovations will be amazing.

Not the worst- could use a little upgrading. Decided to head to Venice on a whim. Found this place, great location and price was nice for a one night get away. Booked an hour or two before our 3+ hour drive over to get there and find out you can’t go in the pool, at all because it is under construction. Nowhere was it stated there was no pool access, it’s hot here so that definitely put a damper on things. I received two text messages about checking in but nothing about the pool being under construction. When I mentioned the sign I saw at the check in counter- the only thing the young girl on the other side checking someone else in said was “yeah no pool we can cancel your reservation”. I don’t know maybe comp breakfast, drinks at the bar? A slight discount? The lobby is nice, the younger staff could use some customer service training. The rooms are a decent size- beds were comfortable. Bathroom was also a decent size. There weren’t enough towels for our party of 4 (4 listed on reservation). Dove brand bar soap, hair care & body wash miniatures. There is a nice patio bar by the pool, a restaurant on site, a little seating area with patio furniture/fire pit, gym and a little for purchase snack area. Plenty of self parking. Minus the pool and the not so great customer service seems like could be a decent hotel.

Hotel was good for the price was very outdated and the pool was closed trash had not been taken out in the room but that wasn't a big deal and I had to go get my own towels even after asking for them

Our stay was a second time this year. Would love to stay again but they closed the pool on Tuesday or Wednesday and my grandkids were so upset that’s the only reason we chose your motel.I feel we need a discount for pool closing so early in week

Had to change rooms second night due to mold and mildew on shower curtain. A property in need of serious maintenance. Would not stay here again.

Hotel was centrally located and convenient for our trip. Service was friendly and helpful. Room was mostly clean except leftover food in mini-fridge. Room key had to be exchanged multiple times due to not opening room door. Breakfast was reasonably priced and yummy. Pool was nice but had caution tape around certain areas. I believe pool is being renovated in month of July ‘24.

Very poor maintenance the fixture too old looks dirty air condition. Make a big noise you cannot adjust is a bad feeling I stay there.

When we got to the property the room they gave us was dirty, some one used the bed and they did not change the linen. Dirty towels on the bathroom floor etc

Room was dirty, wasnt able to change rooms. Amenities werent available. Left early due to conditions. The pool wasnt available as advertised and even when asked when it would be available the time given wasnt correct. When asked about this the immediate response was being asked if we would like to check out early with no further information. The room was dirty, the beds weren't functioning properly, the laundry room was inaccessible, maintenance was near nonexistent, bathroom was smelling bad, shower was hot or cold with no in-between.

HOTEL IN DECLINE... We have stayed at this property 2-3 times per year for many years. It is going downhill and fast. It used to be spotless. It is no longer a well-maintained property. The hotel does not restrict the pool to hotel guests, and it becomes the make-shift city pool and it is no longer safe for your children to run around and play. The no smoking on the pool deck is not observed or enforced. Cigarettes butts are thrown everywhere and not cleaned up. The hot tub has not worked at all for our last two trips to the Venezia. They rarely have towels availalbe. The pool advertises open until 10 pm which is nice after a long day on the beach; but it typically closes much earlier with no warning. We have LOVED this place for years and we are very dissappointed to see it going down hill so quickly. I tried to address this with the Hotel Manager and she was quite rude and had a long list of prepared excuses. Venice is awesome, and this hotel used to be one of our favorite parts of our visits; but, we have given them one too many chances and it is just no longer worth the money. Hopefully they will remember what made them great and get back to a clean, maintained, safe, and friendly hotel which they used to be. After multiple dissappointing stays at the Venezia, I do NOT recommend staying here. There are other brand new hotels in the area where we will stay on our next trip.

Bartender was amazing! We had a wonderful time relaxing after the beach at poolside bar with Morgan!!

Disappointed in the room not enough towels were provided for 3 guests. Interior needed TLC Grounds were well maintained and so was the pool area. Lamps weren’t plugged in

Ramada by Wyndham Venice is more a motel than hotel. rooms adequate and minimal. Nothing to write home about

Everything in the room was FANTASTIC!!! Super clean and comfy. Poolside are is a bit dingey, and the hot tub is not hot... still used it a little and enjoyed it, though. Front desk staff was just great!

Nice pool area. Breakfast deal was a great add on.

When I got to the hotel the room was super dirty I tried to change my room three times no one helped me in order to change it. My key card did not work, I literally had to change it every day, two people that clean had to open my door it was very inconvenient
