Hotel and staff were great! Easy to walk to the beach and close to windsurfing!

Staff at the hotel is excellent. We visited quite a few cities in Greece, hospitality is definitely in the top 3. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the facility, bath tub is a little dirty, there are some black moldy thing around the rim. Hotel in general seems dated, wall paints color is starting to fade. One of the main reason for low rating is it's a 5 star hotel and facility does not match it. I would give a higher rating if it's more accurate. More like a 3-4 star hotel to me. I understand some of the determination for 5-star is 24 hour receptionist, etc. but..

This hotel was good for our stay in Naxos. It has a great location next to the beach. The staff are great and make sure you are taken care of. The rooms are good size and well appointed. Only negatives we had were the mattress was too firm for our taste. We thought some odd choices were made to seem fancy such as electronic adjustable bed and a bidet toilet, but we would forego those things for a softer mattress and linen. Overall it is a great place to stay and we would stay there again if we went to Naxos.

The hotel is OK, nothing special, we didn't find it outstanding, and expensive for the quality. Not sure how they get the 5 stars they advertise The rooms have everything you need, and are adequate. The staff are lovely and try very hard, they're pleasant and are very helpful. The pool is small and water temp is very cold and past refreshing, the picture is very deceiving, with only 6 beds. The breakfast is ok, but staff are smoking in the kitchen while guests are eating, ugh! The location is good and very convenient with shops and restaurants near by.

The Naxos Island Hotel is lovely, well-appointed and comfortable. There is a very easy walk to the beach. Johanna the concierge was particularly helpful with recommendations for our travel around Greece.

Perfect beach hotel! This charming little hotel is perfectly located next to the beautiful Agios Prokopios Beach. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for—just like home. It feels like a family run hotel, but also very professional. The room was spotless and very comfortable—no sand until we drug some in from our day at the beach. Everything works. The breakfast was very good and made to order. The staff were always ready to assist with everything—recommendations for food, transport, advice on where to go and what to see—you name it. They have a lovely, clean infinity pool on the top floor with a bar, which is also where they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. And a really nice telescope up there for guests to look at the moon, planets or stars. And there is a really great Greek restaurant, Taverna O Giannoulis, right across the street! If you are looking for a chill beach hotel where they really take care of you, this is your spot!

We love this hotel…the design, the rooftop pool and bar, the light, the friendliness of the staff. There were some amazing idiosyncratic issues with plumbing and mosquitoes following an unusual, heavy rain. The staff were responsive. You really need a car for this location. Overall, we loved our time here.

We loved this hotel! The staff was super attentive and friendly. Rooftop pool was a little small but beautiful and perfect temperature.

Front desk staff were so helpful and were there to answer any questions that we had. Everyone was so nice and we really had a lovely stay!

Great hotel, great amenities, best location, amazing staff! I think this might be the only hotel with a rooftop bar/restaurant/pool in Prokopios Beach. You get a view of the whole beach, amazing sunsets, but the staff is what makes it even better; very friendly and attentive specially Celios at front desk and Cristo(?) at the rooftop restaurant. Hotel is directly across the street from most popular restaurant in whole beach. Hotel is not beach front but takes less than 1 minute walk to get to beach. I highly recommend and would definitely go back.

Hotel is ok but definitely not a 5 star hotel. At most it should be a 4 stat hotel. Staff was very nice though

We had a wonderful visit. The service was great and always friendly. The views from the restaurant were gorgeous. And there’s a telescope that the manager will use to show you stars and planets! The location was very convenient for the beach and other restaurants in the area. We would absolutely recommend and would stay again if we return to Naxos.

My husband and I were on our honeymoon & Naxos and this hotel made our vacation so incredible. Highly recommend this hotel…and who can beat the infinity pool on the rooftop?! Absolutely delightful.

Close to beach staff so friendly and attentive

Had to cancel due to a medical issue over a week ahead of time and they wouldn’t approve a refund if any kind. Every other hotel issued a refund or partial. Poor seevice

Very friendly staff. Not a five star hotel. There are nicer properties nearby. Do not recommend room with hot tub. Nice spacious. But toilet/washroom made the room smell like a public toilet. Location is excellent. Has underground parking if you rent a car. Breakfast good. Lots of restaurants nearby. This place is fine, but should not be advertised as five star. Far from it.

This is an amazing boutique hotel. Located in a safe neighborhood.. walkable to restaurants coffee shops. Staff is extremely helpful and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. They have a beautiful roof top with pool and bar and food is amazing as well. Would love to stay here again.

Wow!!!! Didn’t want to leave here. A one night stay turned into four nights for us. Friendly, super super helpful staff who made great local recommendations. Less than a min walk to beach, shops, restaurants— anything you need. Gorgeous rooftop with 360 views. Great breakfast on the rooftop daily. Comfortable rooms. Just can’t say enough good things about this place.

HIGHLY recommend this property! The owner and staff are SO friendly and accommodating. They helped answer any questions we had about the area, coordinated taxis for us and more. The rooms are pristine and the grounds are well taken care of. The rooftop has a bar and restaurant where breakfast is served, along with a pool and some amazing views. This is just what we needed for our stay in Naxos.

Outstanding service and staff

This hotel really grows on you the longer you stay. Good food and great service. The rooftop area really separates this hotel from others in the area.

This is a pretty small hotel. The hotel manager and bar / restaurant host were extremely helpful. The rooms are a bit small for 3 people. It's a nice hotel but not sure how it's considered a 5 star as it's very different from other 5 star hotels that we've been to.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The manager Faye was passionate about the Island and the property from check in to check out. The rooftop restaurant had an excellent breakfast buffet and lunch equally as tasty. The service from the servers and front of the house were 5☆. Thank you for an excellent experience.

The nexus Island hotel is great. Due to traveling issues we did not arrive at the hotel until 1 AM and they were right there to greet us. The room was very nice with a great balcony looking over the ocean . Two minute walk to the beach maybe less couldn’t ask for a better location. Our room came with breakfast and dinner the food was very good large selection and for dinner there was so much food we could not finish our dinner. The hotel staff was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a relaxing stay in Naxos.

The friendliness of the staff. The remarkable views. The food in the restaurant was outstanding. The warm greeting we received, closeness to the beach. It couldn’t have been any better and I will return.
