Not a far walk to the beach. Rooms were big and clean. Did not like that the pool was so close to the highway.

I didn’t like the fact that I chose a pet friendly hotel and paid extra for that amenity. Once I arrived at the hotel there was an additional fee for my pet. Noise with the other rooms

There was dog poop on the balcony and I don’t even have a dog. The microwave didn’t work, the fridge turned off in the middle of the night leaving a puddle in the room, the balcony door was near impossible to close after you open it, the front door didn’t open unless with excessive force, one of the key cards didn’t work, the pillows had dirt on them, the mattress for the pull out couch was filthy, overall horrible stay I’m never going there again.

Mediocre property in need of updating with very small outdoor pool in high traffic area, and an awful continental breakfast, Located on the Main Street in Ocean City so very busy, crowded, high traffic area - so our room was extremely noisy. But easy walk to beach.

Poor is a bit harsh but I didn’t want to say average either. Location is great! Steps to the beach. Pool was clean and the kids loved it. Staff was very very nice BUT if you are squeamish about upkeep, this is not for you. Room is clean at first glance but they do not mop!! The floors are hard (makes sense for sand and such) but we spilled a water bottle and wiped it up and the cloth was black! We spent the entire week playing the floor is lava, never letting our bare feet touch the floor. The maids have no mops on their carts. Only vacuums. Shower and toilet was clean though as were the sheets. My daughters room was the same except a piece of the popcorn ceiling came down, the patio door was a bit wonky and one of the mattresses had a huge brown stain on the corner (looked like dried blood) A dirty washcloth stayed at the bottom of the stairs for 5 days and bleached out chicken bones were seen near the AC units on the second floor landing of building C. The grab and go breakfast was fine and coffee all day was great. Supplying beach chairs to guests was awesome. When we were leaving, we did see a whole new staff coming in for orientation. Maybe they were short staffed and couldn’t clean the property sufficiently. Hoping this takes care of these issues. Biggest thing? Mop the floors guys! And get mattress covers when you hopefully replace old mattresses.

They advertise air-conditioning there was no air-conditioning. The entire second floor had no air-conditioning. I was in room 218. Manager refused to help - been trying for a week to get this resolved - no response of emails, won’t get on the phone, won’t respond to phone calls.

Hotel staff was great! We were able to check in early. Our tv wasn’t working and they sent techs to come repair the issue. They couldn’t figure out the problem but they brought a tv from another room so my kids were pretty happy. Overall, I would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay there. The staffs are very nice.

Very disappointed with my stay and the fact that the no smoking on the outdoor balcony disclosure wasn’t provided until after I paid for my booking. The shower didn’t work and staff wasn’t available to repair until the next morning. Breakfast wasn’t worth it I’m my opinion. The juice machine was very watered down. I would not recommend this place. Old and outdated.

Great location great staff. Perfect Beach location.stores are close Wawa and Dunkin next door. The restaurant connected was amazing get the crab stuff lobster. Pool was great,room was big. It was as clean as a beach hotel with that kind of turn over is expected to be.

If you are here for breakfast don’t cause breakfast is basically fruits and muffins

I wanted to stay here again since we stayed last year. This year was very different. The first room we had was a suite, room 522. When we walked in, there was a smell, the sitting chair leather had been peeled off and there was a bug flying around in the room. My daughter didn’t feel comfortable so I went to ask if we could move. The guy was very understanding and moved us to a 2 bedroom, room 511. This room was MUCH better, felt cleaner and smelled better. The next morning, I went to turn in the cards for the previous room and the older woman seemed to had an issue with us having to move. I wish she had the same customer service etiquette as the young man did the night before.

Great service the lady at the front desk was super nice. Their pool is small but it’s clean and comfortable to have some fun when your tired of the beach sand. We stayed in there 2 queen bed suite and it was a good size for the 4 of us. I understand there only so much you can clean but did not like that there was a stains on the couch, the bed skirt and the sheets. Because we only stayed 1 night and I always pack my own bed sheets and pillow cases I did not make a fuss but I think they should pay more attention to certain areas that should be clean.

Good place to stay at in OC

Booked a non-smoking room, but my stay was ruined by smoke/weed from a neighboring room. When I complained to the front office, they were rude and dismissive, saying, 'You signed the paper that you can't cancel.' Very disappointing experience.

Booked two rooms, requested side by side. Wasn’t able to get side by side, but was able to get same floor. This also didn’t happen because one of the rooms had serious water damage. Was then given a 2nd room in a different building altogether, great family trip in two different buildings. Otherwise the trip was good. The daytime staff and cleaning crew were excellent. They have a serious problem with key cards staying activated. Apparently the key cards can’t be near your cellphone or credit/debit cards or they will deactivate.

The best part is that the location of this hotel is awesome. All walking distance to beach, food lion, different restaurants and Sunsation store where you can get all the souvenirs and beach needs. The building and the room a bit outdated but considering the price and all the convenience this location offer outweighs it. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean and convenient, but i booked their suite room. The day day i checked in, they didn't have any. After we spend a night in another room, me move to suite room.
