just needed a place closer to Angkor wat so I could cover it. Place to sleep pretty much. Has a pool that I didn’t use.

The service Andy staff is really good. We really enjoy the swimming pool while drinking juice fruit. The room was big and with a fridge and everything. We really liked this hotel. We have been travelling for 2 months around SE Asia and Bou Savy was , from far, the hotel with the best Quality/Price ratio.

The noise of the neighborhood of the hotel is terrible. There was a loud speaker going on whole day as the hotel is just next to school and the temple. You rather want to stay outside of the town just not to hear the chanting on a loud speaker all day.

Very friendly staff and a helpful welcome complete with a beverage and a cool towel.Restaurant food is reasonably priced if one doesnt wish to head out.Pool is small but a great way to cool down in the afternoon, towels provided.Laundry at $1/kg, hand washed on site and returned the next day beautifully folded.Rooms were both clean and spacious, bathrooms clean with lots of space.Quiet location with hardly any noise disturbance.Staff are helpful with tour info and ideas for things to do as well as having a number of tuktuk drivers around who are happy to wait for you if youre running a quick errand or will return at the requested time otherwise.We really enjoyed our time there and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Great Hotel with very Good service and a Nice pool. The fact that they pick you up at the airport for free and drive you to the hotel was great. Only downside was the breakfast which was qite poor.

Very accommodating staff, beautiful pool, great rooms. Only problem was lots of mosquitos come through the bathroom fan. We had to cover it with a towel and just leave the light off to stop them getting in.

The hotel has a good value for the price but staffing is rude. One day we arrived the hotel tired to be visiting Angkor Wat and we sat at the lobby. We turned on the fan in the ceiling and we were just resting when a guy from the hotel turned off the fan w/o any explanation.. he just watched and said "it's better this way"!!... furthermore you need to leave a sign in the door if you want to get your room cleaned but nobody told us this at our arrival so the first day did not have clean service

The hotel was very close to most of the main tourist spots to visit. It had access to all modes of transportation and made it very convenient to travel. A must if you like a calm, serene place to come back to after a long day of sightseeing

We loved the bou savy! The staff were amazing, friendly and accomodating. The hotel itself was wonderful looked great! Felt great! Then rooms were perfect! Everything was clean and it had everything we needed and more, breakfast was delicious and the for the price i excepted about 10% of what we experienced. Would recommend bou savy to anyone.

Bou Savy is exactly what you expect from a guesthouse: clean, well maintained, quiet enough and friendly and helpful staff. Swimming pool area is ideal to relax. Food is pretty basic, but no complains.

the only comlain is that there is a building site near the guesthouse, so some rooms are noisy. we upgraded the room which was so much better in every way. staff is nice and helpful, the food in the restaurant is excelent value for money and the location is very good.

I cannot say enough about this hotel. From the moment of our arrival until we left we felt welcomed. The hotel creates a special environment, a place of caring and comfort. The pool is perhaps the most beautiful little pool I have ever soon. We arrived and within 5 minutes we were given an banana shake. Our room was spacious and most comfortable. I just really liked this hotel.

Good service, with friendly staff who were happy to do everything from organise airport transfers to cook your food. Breakfast was yummy and the pool looked enticing, although we didn't try it. The staff did manage to talk us into a higher price for daily tuk tuk hire than was the going rate, but we figure supporting the local economy etc etc so went along with it. Our room's ceiling fan carked it, and within 2 minutes of reporting this to the staff they had a pedestal fan set up in the room. Laundry service was cheap (I think about $1/kg) and efficient. Fly screens may have had a few holes as some mosquitos made it inside. The bathroom was very compact and interesting set up, with shower next to the sink and no shower screen so could be tricky for families with young kids.

I only spent one night in the Bou Savy Guesthouse but it was very pleasant, especially the gardens and check in area which were lovely and cool and inviting. I appreciated being able to get a reasonably priced and delicious meal on the premises so I didn't have to go out after a long bus journey during the day. My ticket and transport to the Ferry Terminal for the boat trip to Battambang the next day was easily arranged by the manager and the packed breakfast that was given to me to take with me the next morning was very much appreciated.

Very nice and spacious rooms. Only negative is the location, which is quite far (about 1 mile) from most things in Siem Reap (e.g. Pub street, market, etc.)
