Always noisy late at night, people on the corridor make noise, arguing and yelling. Makes me feel unsafe. And confusing locks, it looks like door could be opened from outside with another key. Badly needs renovation, walls cracked and dirty. Tv remite control does not work or was missing entirely. Even picture on the wall is crocked. Shutter rob was broken once.

Regarding the safety, i noticed the entrance door is never unlocked. I also asked about a parking space for 2 nights, which the operator said was full, but when i arrived, it was quite empty.

The security of this property is nothing. I have lost 2 of my luggage in less than 5 minutes. after the incident i felt like they don’t care. there is no camera anywhere in the property. safety of the apartment is questionable. pillows are the worst. u can’t even ask for one more. because there is nobody.no one picks up the phone whenever you need. u r all your own.

without AC, we booked with parking but it was without parking facilities and it’s very hard to find parking lot around.

There was nothing to Like,,, I Hated it...!!

At first - The Property shown while booking and the Property in actual were completely different. Secondly, the propoerty was lacking hygiene. The Floor was dirty, Kitchen was tiny and the Bathroom did not had an exhaust (or it was not working). The pungent smell of the dirty partition curtain while taking a shower in Bathtub might irritate you. Toilet -- As soon as we entered the propery - we were shocked to see what we got ! Then we realised the Toilet basin had choked and Water was not draining out. We contacted property helpline and someone was sent withing 30 mins. However , the same problem returned next day - The blockage was not 100% though so we did not complain again as it would only waste our precisous time. Also there won't be any room service of Towels would be replaced or enough Toilettries will be sufficient only for a day. Kitchen -- The Kitchen was tiny and barely any space. Also there were very few utencils but managable for small family. The worst part was that there was no Dishwasher Soap provided. We got our own detergent and realised that the Dishwasher was not having any timer. ie. It would RUN all night long and still wont stop if you dont stop it.... The worst part - Our utencils were still dirty. The Dishwasher was not working...! The above mentioned are just the main highlighted points and I can keep on Bragging of this property provided I had more time. Please don't have high expectations from SWISS STAR.... They have broken my Trust !

Good size, clean and easy access to center.

No widows on the kitchen, difficult to cook on summer time. I got interested in this apartment due to the kitchen but unfortunately I couldn't use it.

1) very spacious and comfortable with two bedrooms and big beds 2) very clean 3) quiet and safe neighborhood 4) tram station to city center just 200 m away (line 9) 5) elevator in the building 6) modern and well-maintained equipment 7) easy check-in and check-out process

1) If you travel by own car, you may be in trouble. No parking available nearby other than that in the streets (in blue boxes only, be careful !) that require feeding every 90’. if you arrive on Saturday late afternoon and you stay until Monday 08:00 am though you are ok! 2) We had to find the tram station and the tram line by ourselves asking neighbors. It would be useful if owners could have one-pager of key advice in the room. very easy to do and adds real value. 3) An electricity plug adapter does not cost much to have in the room and is very useful - especially for travelers with laptops.

The only really good thing about the flat was the location, really quiet neighbourhood, 10’ walking distance from the city center.

The flat was almost empty, poor furnished, wifi didnt work, tv was not connected, lack of predisposition from the staff to help.

Location is great. There are bus / tram / train options nearby. It is closer to many grocery stores. There are multiple eateries available in the neighbourhood. The place is maintained well, with room cleaning and change of sheets/towels happening once a week. WiFi is good as well.

Laundry facility can be better - as there are only two washing machines and one dryer, there needs to be some planning to get the laundry done
