Great stay. Very comfortable. Restaurant was convenient and tasty. Staff was very attentive.

Located close to Kennedy Park and busy shopping/food area. Rooms were clean. Breakfast buffet style with descent options.

We loved the view from the pool area as well as the sauna. When we forgot our towel the staff was quick in making sure we received one. Breakfast was also great. Would consider staying again.

Breakfast buffet was good . Had to change rooms due to 9th floor smelling of mold and room smelt of mold. 15th floor room was great with great views.

This was a good hotel, though we did receive at a great rate. If I was traveling through Lima again I would likely try to be closer to the center of Miraflores or Barranco. This hotel was good, staff were great, breakfast was really good, and rooms were comfortable.

Very easy to walk around.

Beautiful property. Very close to Huaca Pucllana, the beach and great restaurants. The rooftop pool was very pretty but didn’t use it. Gym had a great view if the city and I watched the para gliders while I was in the elliptical trainer. I arrived on Sunday and the brunch was good but it wasn’t included in the price of the stay. Since many items were not vegetarian, the waiter discounted my meal since I ate a continental breakfast. I was traveling solo and the area was very safe and the rooms was quiet and comfortable.

My family member who is a senior citizen decided last minute to travel with me to Lima. I couldn’t book a hotel room at my location so I decided he could stay at the Dazzler. When we got there and the receptionist gave us the hotel key I told my gamily members to follow me to the elevator so I could show then how everything works to go to his room. Immediately, the receptionist told me we couldn’t go upstairs. She told me I couldn’t take my minor family member with us. I told her it would not take a long time. She made me leave my family member at the reception area and asked for my passport to leave it with her. I did. I was tired. I am not sure why the receptionist did what she did. Dazzler you are not longer a good hotel. I wrote an email to Dazzler two weeks ago and I’m still waiting why they are charging me extra money when I have already paid Expedia. I am still waiting for the response. Please answer! Thanks

This hotel was my first option for the last 5 years; however, its services, the rooms, and even the amenities have been loosing their qualities. I am not so sure if this hotel has a new administration, but I was so disappointed and sad. I had to pay even for the coffee cups that it is usually provided as complimentary. The bathroom wasn't clean at all. The walls and shower were full of pink mold. I couldn't believe what I was experiencing. I am sadly to say that I am not staying in this hotel anymore. So I suggest you to look somewhere else before booking in Dazzler Miraflores.

They said the hot water would be off one day between 10:00am and 5:00pm. But it was off for almost 30 hours.

Hot water off the entire day with no notification. Hot water is a basic amenity

They let us check in early and helped us get shuttle from airport to hotel and back.

It is a very nice hotel, very clean, and the staff were very friendly. I just wish the view or our bedroom was different, we were on the 3rd floor and the view was to the street, so it was a little loud with all the traffic going through. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Flor at reception was wonderful and very helpful throughout our stay.

The property is gorgeous. The staff super friendly and the location was perfect. Easy access to shopping and to the historic sites. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Quiet, unpretentious

I liked the area. I didn’t like the humidity smell in the room on first day of arrival. Occupant from other room knocking on wall on a late arrival to the hotel. White towels looked grayish had dirty aspect. DO NOT ALLOW FRIENDS OR FAMILY TO VISIT AT ROOM. Informed hotel supervisor guest only visiting but said it was hotel policy. I sent message to Expedia to cancel but never got a response. I would not stay at this hotel again.
