The property was cool for a last minute booking, but I wouldn’t stay there again. We checked in an hour late-4:00pm (although “early check in” allows you access to the full premises). The room service later in the evening-night-morning was non-existent.

This is my 5x to this resort, each experience has been incredibly special. I celebrate my engagement this time, the photographer B.is amazing and really captured the essence of our love for JPC. Things ( flowers, set up, everything) was coordinated via email but still happened without any issues. Butler staff Twyane & Raymond are so awesome, always checking on us, arranging dinner plans, excursions etc, really ensuring we felt at home.

Property was ok.Had an issue while there .Property had no running hot water,couldn’t get to have a shower.Wasn’t informed about this issue,on checking in.Up on checking out ,no running hot water in unit.Should have some refund for this problem.

Rating: ★★☆☆☆** Disappointing Experience - Service Needs Improvement** I recently stayed at Jewel Paradise Cove, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. One of the most frustrating aspects was how difficult it was to get bottled water. The staff didn’t restock the fridge in the room regularly, and when asked, it took a long time to receive any. Service at the bar was also disappointing. If you're not tipping generously, expect to be overlooked. As a Jamaican myself, I felt that the treatment towards locals was noticeably different; it felt like our money wasn’t valued the same as other guests'. The food was decent, but be warned—prepare for an upset stomach. It seems like a lot of tap water is used in preparation, which can be harsh on the immune system for those not accustomed to it. On the positive side, the resort does offer a calm and chill atmosphere, perfect for those looking to unwind. The seaside jerk hut is definitely a highlight and a must-try. Overall, while the resort has some good points, the service and issues with food safety are major drawbacks that need to be addressed.

i liked the beach, the food was not up to my expectations except for the last night. my room Ac didnt work and it took2nd day to resolve. no hot water for 2 days, not good. front end staff friendly.

I liked the all inclusive option. It was very friendly and inviting, from check in to check out. Everyone was genuinely friendly. I do wish facials and massages were included in the inclusive price, although I know that is more expensive, it may make me look at another option next time, such as an Airbnb and have extra for the luxuries. But it was a fantastic time and I thank you!

I liked that the property was very quiet and peaceful which fulfill the purpose of my trip, however costumer service was terrible and they demonstrated no remorse for their lack. Not sure if i would recommend it to anyone. I did meet some amazing staff who went about and beyond to ensure i was comfortable.

Clean place.

The property is an older resort. The dining options are limited. The Jerk Hut cook was rude and stopped cooking 1 hour before it was supposed to close. They also messed up my reservation even though I called 1 week prior to make sure it was good. The bugs are terrible here, bug repellant doesn’t help. I’ve been to Jamaica 3 times and this was the worst! I did enjoy my boat ride excursion offered by the property. March and Rojay were great!

Raymond the bartender was the best! He took such good care of us and made us feel as if we were at home, I will definitely come visit him when I come to Jamaica.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The experience at The Jade Samurai was awesome, it was my first time going to a Hibachi restaurant.

Everything on this property makes you not to regret your money paid for this facility and the staffs are all friendly and Profesional.

Need more night life

Good food, good visit

I had a rather unique experience. When I first arrived a bat pooped on my head and shoulder. Still didnt have a room for about 4 hours. My room wasnt stocked with beverages spent the first night thirsty. The next day the hotel lost water from 10am -2 pm, on my birthday and I had to cancel all my plans because I wasnt able to prepare myself. The hotel compensated me for 100 dollars USD at the gift shop. Still a poor birthday for me. Very unfortunate situation

Staff very friendly there could have been a bit more variety with the food, but overall it was an enjoyable stay.
