Lovely property very convenient to railway station. Excellent standard of cleanliness and a nicely presented delicious breakfast. Highly recommended.

Plenty of parking. Close to Brentwood town centre for restaurants. Great breakfast. Clean and comfortable room.

Room 12 is right by yhe front door. The noise from people going in and out was horrendous until quite late. The worst was yhe £9.00 vegetarian breakfast. Beans, two eggs, a tinned tomato and toast.

It's very noisy when guests close the very large doors. Expensive for a guest house

The place was very clean and tidy. The staff were so polite and very helpful with all your questions and next morning breakfast was freshly cooked. The price was more than what you would pay for a large breakfast at weatherspoons but the quality of the food is what sets it apart from the rest. The products they used which was absolutely delicious. Thank you

Everywhere was immaculately clean. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. Breakfast was delicious.I couldn't fault it

You advertised breakfast available. Pay on site. That has been discontinued. That was the only reason we chose to stay there.

This guesthouse is small but comfortable, it is very clean with free parking, only reason for one less star is that it was slightly noisy up to about 2 in the morning but it wasn’t so noisy that I couldn’t get to sleep. Would definitely stay again.

Always a great stay here. Our go to as the train station is just down the road to get to London. Got a free upgrade to a flat which was a bonus!

I took a double bed room for two nights, the overall room was smaller then shown in the pictures, but had everything else. From TV, Fridge, WiFi and a decent but smallish ensuite bathroom. Helpful and polite staff. It was quiet maybe it was due to less people traveling due to COVID, but it suited my requirements as mine was a work trip.

Owner got the description of the room wrong on Expedia and then refused to accept his mistake and blamed his customers instead.

The lady who checked me in and ran the breakfast on her own the following morning is a credit to your business

Basic but decent guest house it doesn't claim to be top end, if you want luxury go elsewhere and pay more, close to railway station. Nothing fancy but ideal if you are on a budget, I would use again

The room is ok, carpets shoddy, bed extremely uncomfortable as sagging in the middle. The shower head is broken and would only be suitable for a child aged around 6. Overall a very disappointing stay

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The room and bathroom was also spotless clean and bed was comfortable. Good location. I would highly recommend it. Only one little negative fact I could say is the water wasnt hot. It was just enough warm. Apart from this all good. Breakfast was also good. And they can provide you iron if needed.

I wanted to book a single room but all they had was a double room, that was ok. they actually gave me a studio pad with seperate lounge, kitchen, bathroom and a double bed room. A lovely breakfast in the morning, very friendly and helpful staff. Could not find any negatives at all.

Shabby but clean room. Staff unsure if we had breakfast included in the room booking almost lead to us paying twice.

Although we expected a self-check-in, there was staff on hand to help us, and all the staff was helpful and pleasant. Our room was big, the beds comfortable and while the shower-room could use an update, everything was very clean. Good breakfast as well.

Very good value. Room was not deluxe but was quiet and bed was very comfy. Very good service and breakfast in bright dining area.
