Pictures turned out to be quite outdated but the room was okay enough if you get a good deal.

Very good value for money, we had a Junior Suite with separate living area and two balconies overlooking the Solomos Sq and the sea. Excellent location within walking distance to all shops and restaurants. The suite was industrial in design, clean and minimalist which we liked. Breakfast was decent for a three star hotel with all the basics from juices, coffee and tea to cereals, hot and cold food. The only let down was the bathroom - very small, no shelving to leave all your stuff, water in the shower slow to drain, constantly smelt of sewage. Other than that it would have been perfect for the price, 8/10 overall for me

Ideally positioned to readily access a great selection of bars, restaurants and shopping. Check in very easy and staff all pleasant and very helpful.

Hear me out. I gave 5 stars for the staff & service despite everything I'm about to mention. They messed up and didn't send the cab I had reserved, the room was supposed to be a sea view and it was on the first floor right above some loud music and having a city view. Definitely no sound proofed windows. The room was right across from the elevator and there was no sound proofing there either. The safe didn't work. The staff even came upstairs to try it so we had to leave our jewelry, money, passports locked in a carryon that someone can easily pick up and walk off with. Thankfully the staff was able to move me the next day to the top floor in the room I expected to have. This hotel is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. If it were it would have had slippers and robes in all their rooms. Only the top floor rooms had them. the breakfast buffet is small but has what you need. Don't choose the sliced bread. It's stale and they don't have a toaster. They do not have decaf coffee either but I ordered it from the bar and wasn't charged because they didn't offer it at the buffet. Their regular coffee, however, is from a machine where you select if you want it with or without milk. My friend selected the one with the milk and it just spewed out water and milk. No coffee. So get the black coffee and use the milk they have for the cereal. In addition to all this, they offer no recycling or option to not change sheets for environmental purposes.

We really liked the position of the hotel and the personal staff is kind and efficient. A perfect place to stay in the Zakinthos town, since it is near the center, there are a lot of services and restaurant in the neighbourhood.

Great location to explore the whole island. it is very close to 3 bus stops and the hotel can arrange a tour where you are picked up from the hotel. For one weeks stay we did not get a single taxi or rent a vehicle. The hotel is also very clean, safe, friendly and has air conditioning.

The property was great overall

We had an amazing stay at Phoenix hotel. It is centrally located, renovated, comfortable, clean and spacious. I had an issue with my luggage (it wouldn't open) and staff was helpful trying to reopen it. I would certainly recommend it.

Great hotel in the town centre, room was very modern and comfortable, however there was a bit of noise from the square below (due to the very central location). The breakfast was very varied, however on the second day there were less things available and had not been replenished. Overall a nice stay, would recommend.

It was a fantastic stay in a great location, the staff couldn’t do enough. I would not think twice about staying here again and highly recommend. A kettle and water would have been a good extra in the room but only small issue.

Perfect Location... right in the center of solomos square wirh plenty of taverns and bars.. the only not cons in the room was they dont provide water ,electric kettle,coffee and glasses..u need to get it from the restaurant at the lobby.. but overall experience was great.. staff was very helpful though.

Situated in the centre of Zakynthos Town is this excellent boutique hotel. Superb well appointed rooms (Superior room on 4th floor was outstanding). Excellent service Great breakfast Good value for money Close to tavernas, cafes and shops
