Comfortable hotel, very good breakfast

Padova is very nice city, however the location of the hotel next to the bus/railway station is not too much "nice", quite a long way to the city centre and if you go by car there is no chance to even stop in front of the hotel (tramlines 2 metres from the hotel door) - good for overnight stay

the drawback of the location near the train station is that it also attracts some seedy characters. The exterior of the building has character, but interior is very much bland, walls in rooms are painted white.

very close to train station short walk to the old town area and sights we had a junior suite which was large although right outside is the bus station the double glazing works very well and you cannot hear anything

overall the property was good even though it is a bit dated dining area is small and at times a wait fir a table wouk$ be a great idea to put rubber stoppers on dining area chair bottoms to stop constant scraping on concrete floor

Had a good stay here and would stay again as good value overall - staff very friendly and helpful. It was clean, comfortable. The breakfast was decent and I looked forward to it every day- good choice of food - everything was laid out in time for 7am which was really useful in terms of getting an early start. Excellent location next to the station, so if you are looking to use Padova as a base for other places as we did, definitely the place to stay.

As others mention, the hotel is a bit dated and there was a bit of background noise from outside. It didn't turn out to be too bad for us - the noise isn't too bad outside, partly because although there are some buses that stop at the station, no cars are allowed which I think makes a big difference. It definitely wouldn't stop me staying here again

Very good location, close to the train and bus station. Close to the old town. Kind and helpful personnel at reception and room service. Silent rooms, even if trains and buses ride next to the hotel. Breakfast nice.

The breakfast area is too small and often happens that you need to wait in the queue until the table will be available. Breakfast service needs some help or training because when the room is full service doesn't manage.

Excellent location for a 1-2 day travel to Padua. Besides nexr to the train station, it is also a short walk to the Scrovegni Chapel. Room is very spaciou. Breakfast is excellent.

It is not a hotel for luxury.

Very pleasant staff, always ready to help. Lovely Renaissance decor! Very good breakfast. Close to the station - and there is even a Coop supermarket in easy walking distance. Excellent system for leaving luggage there on departure day - every item labelled before being locked away.

We would have liked a kettle in the room.

it’s not as they post in the web. The beds are uncomfortable and they use 2 single beds to make a double when they should have a double.

Good localization next to railway station. 1,5 km far from the center and old town.

The hotel is clean but in my opinion it is 3,5 stars hotel.

The hotel was very close to the train station and in walking distance of the city. The breakfast was good and staff was very nice.

Hotel was close to train station but no noise. Top class reception and got pointed in the right direction for an excellent dinner. Lovely breakfast.
