Everything was clean and neat the way I like it.Only negative I had was the mattress needs to be updated with a pillow top or just a better mattress I had bad back pain on that bed.other than that trip was good.Had internet issue and a broken closet light and they took care of both promptly.

With the great reviews we had read we decided to book our 3 night stay and let me tell you it was horrible .. filthy, bugs. Door not working properly

I stayed here and before even arriving, I was blown away by the service! The front desk texted me information about checking in the day before arrival, including wifi information and access information since I was arriving late after hours. The property was VERY clean, the room was VERY clean as well, and the amenities abundant. My room had a TV that synced right to my phone with no trouble, a kitchenette that was fully stocked to include a working microwave, stove and fridge and freezer and all the utensils, plates, and cutlery! The front desk staff was SO friendly and nice! They were so polite and always had a smile on their face. I literally could not ask for a more pleasant experience!

We enjoyed our stay in St Pete’s Beach. The accommodation was close to the beach (we could see the sea from our room) and comfortable for our stay. There were bars and restaurants within easy walk. The staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. The room gave us the space we needed as a family - especially important as we were stuck in the room for a whole day due to a tropical storm passing through!! The beds were comfortable and the AC good to keep the space cool in summer. The pool area was really nice and clean and there were plenty of seating options around the pool - loungers and cabanas for use. We also had free use of a gas grill, which was helpful. And free use of bikes and beach equipment. The only downside was the kitchen - which was basic (I would have preferred ceramic plates/ bowls and glasses rather than plastic ones as this felt a bit studenty!) Additionally, the sofa only sat 3 people, and with 4 of us, this meant that someone had to sit on a dining chair! I’m sure this was perhaps more of an issue to us being stuck in the room for a day due to the storm! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return due to the decent vfm this accommodation offered.

Great location! 3 min walk to the beach. Many restaurants within walking distance. We have stayed here before and never regret it. 2 pools, beach bikes, and beach gear available to take to the beach. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Adorable little condo! The host was so sweet and welcoming! Love the set up with the pool, grounds keeping, tons to do! So relaxing! Super quick walk to the beach! Also very quiet area!! Will definitely be back!!

We were looking for a last minute beach vacation get away and we got exactly this! An easy 2 minute walk to the beach. Property provided beach towels, chairs, wagon, sand toys, umbrellas, and bikes/helmets for exploring the area. We visited during early July and so, it was hot (beach water and pool water included!)! Locals told us if we visited 2 weeks earlier, the water would have been more refreshing. Didn’t stop us though! We just focused our beach time in the morning and evening where we got some beautiful sunsets and watched fireworks right from the water! Lots of fun shell hunting. Property is a motel and has been updated. We enjoyed the convenience it provided with the separate bedroom and kitchen so we could take a break from having to dine out for all our meals. Staff is polite, attentive, and very accommodating. Amanda was terrific! She always has a smile on her face, checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, offered dining recs, and overall, just a very kind and sweet person that made you feel welcomed and taken care of. Cute pool area that sets this property apart from others as it has 2 pools with updated cabanas, lounger chairs, grill, plenty of toys/floaties for kids. And they had music playing throughout the day so it was fun without being obnoxious or disruptive. There are also multiple cushioned patio sitting areas throughout the property that you can hang out at/eat at. One has corn hole/chess. We would go back!

I can't say enough about this place from the moment you arrive you are greeted with a beatiful smile From amanda she is a breath of fresh air! Me and my sister stayed here for a week and were treated like royalty the staff goes above & beyond to make you feel at home.This place is very clean & they keep the grounds immaculant one of the cleanest places i have ever stayed, i recommend this place to everyone who's visiting st.pete beach we will definitely be back. I want to thank Lori, Amand & staff for making our stay the best vacation ive had in years!!!!

We had a wonderful stay! Accommodations were clean and all in working order. Pool was clean and well kept. Amenities available if needed such as beach chairs, towels, umbrella, pool floats etc. Walking distance to beautiful beach and restaurants and shopping. Would return!

This is one of the most nicest motels we have visited. The rooms were spacious, nice and clean. The pool areas super nice and very close to a beautiful beach. Restaurants and bars were alway just around the corner. Remember to check in is btw 16-18pm otherwise call the motel and they leave the key in a lock box

SPBS is a wonderful place to stay for families! The turf playing surface was a perfect area for our daughter to run around and play on after swimming and in the evenings. Our room was cozy and the perfect size. The bed was perfect, too. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay! The staff was attentive to our needs, check in process was a breeze as we were contacted by the manager since we were going to be checking in after hours.

This was such a nice boutique hotel. The location was perfect. Walking distance to beach and many restaurants. We will definitely stay there again.

We have stayed at St Pete Beach Suites about six times. We love the rooms, the grounds, and the location. It is family friendly, quiet, and clean. AND PET FRIENDLY! We bring our two small corgis with us each time. The property seems to have been built in the ‘50s or ‘60s and it still has that old Florida retro charm, but the rooms are all renovated and comfortable! There are two swimming pools to choose from if you’re tired of the beach. You also can’t beat the location: close to bars, ice cream shops, restaurants, beach shops, and the beautiful Upham Beach is right there!! Don’t miss the spectacular sunsets. We will certainly return!
